I had some problem last week with my order, however the management team Jan and Sarah did a bang-up job correcting the job & and having a positive attitude in relation to Customer experience.. only thing on their deep dish to make it five star add Some Sauce, & and Some sauce!!! Suggestion maybe a “ladle for Sauce, not squirt bottle….. Very nice MGR Staff….

This Domino’s hired the rudest and most disgusting people. Messed my order up so I called to work out. A kid answered the phone and cussed me out. Then the little girl hung up on me. This happened June 1st in the evening. Owner. You need to make this right. I was living and working on Franklin long before Domino’s existed. Negative 5 stars. Never a customer again.

Chris the manager is the true Definition of what I like to call Humanitarian. He went above & beyond his duty to personally deliver my order during a complete blackout and not only that but I was outside the delivery radius outside normal business hours. He understood I’m a truck driver & we have limited resources delivering America’s goods. He even thanked me for the job we do. We need more people like him.

We placed our order online and arrived at the store at the time our order was supposed to be ready. We checked our order online after waiting in the parking lot about 5 minutes and it showed our order was still in process. After waiting a little longer and employee came out and told us that they voided our order because they were too backed up. We left and got immediate service at Chicago’s Pizza.
