I’d love to give a 5 star rating. However, every (well nearly) time I order a buffalo wing pizza. They don’t put the buffalo sauce on it. It’s literally part of the pizza recipe.

I ordered a basic deep dish pizza cooked well, it was delivered raw! I took it back no one even apologized or gave an ounce of decent service, they just looked at me with this blank stare and said, “well do you want a refund or us to re-cook it?” Lol! I waited thirty minutes for the recook and it came out exactly the same. I love pizza and eat it all the time especially from here and they’ve messed up small things yea no biggie. But, I’ve never cared enough to leave a bad review or even get ahold of the store because I’m just easy-going. But I will never order from this location ever again. Look ppl understand this word for word (if you hate your job it’s up to “YOU” to change it). It’s no one‘s fault but your own period. Change for the better and level up or don’t just don’t take it out on me and my overpriced pizza mmmmmK! I forgive you but cheeeeeeesus! Lol

Since I moved into the Noblesville area in August 25, I have ordered like a dozen times from here. I have never gotten a correct order. The staff is very pleasant, however, the Manager passes the buck and says it’s the app system. Well, you can’t use your points or get certain things on call in. Instead of dealing with it for me, they have you the customer deal with it. It’s never been fixed. They always fixed my order, but it becomes a big fat hassle

All my experiences with Domino’s have been great the orders right the services fast the food is good and the delivery drivers are always stand up people I would recommend eating here any day of the week you’re looking for some good fair price cheap pizza this is the place to go!

I ordered a pizza tonight at 11:30pm after a concert. Spent 60 dollars and not only did the pizza show up 55 minutes after I ordered, but it was burnt to a crisp. It is now after midnight and they are closed so I cannot call. I took pictures but it won’t let me attach them here. I tipped the highest percentage it would allow because I know how it is being so close to closing time and getting an order. But you are still paid to do a job and this is just pure laziness. I even donated to st. Jude on the damn order. These guys really need to look into who they are staffing. Whoever was working at the Noblesville, Indiana dominos at 11:30pm on 9/17/25 is a crap employee and should not have a job.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! We called Wednesday, August 27th to order the $9.99 any pizza/toppings special bc the website was charging $24. After ringing for several minutes, someone answered and hung up. We called back and were put on hold for 9 minutes. We called again and the same thing. RUDE! We ordered from hot box and were completely happy! Don’t give the Dominoes on 32 your time or money!

Ordered large new york crust pepperoni mushrooms extra cheese with parmesan and got regular crust pizza no extra cheese no parmesan pepperoni and I think sausage smh not even close to what I ordered. Guess my fault for not checking as I’m already home. Bet they don’t make it right and will tell me to come back but I’m not about ready to drive all the way back.

it was my first time coming here with my family, and we ordered 2 pizzas and 32 bread bites and had it ordered to be picked up. when we came up to the door we saw it was locked, and one of the employees only said “our lobby is closed” and didn’t really explain anything further. thankfully another employee who was driving by explained we had to come to the drive thru window to get our pick up and was very nice. we got to the pick up window and the same employee handed us our order. he was alright, seemed like he wanted to go home as it was 30 minutes till close (understandable), just wish he explained a bit further. the food was great and delicious though!! overall i would recommend this location, but if you’re ordering + picking up late, go through the drive thru for your order. 🙂
