Just left. Asked for ice cream, guy said it’s out back and he would scoop it. Other guy told him no. Not doing it. They would have to do it for others. It’s a business. Why wouldn’t you want to make money and sell product. Then asked for a couple of other things they didn’t have and left. Don’t understand if the franchise owner is that uninvolved or perhaps he is the guy who doesn’t care. Houston is beautiful, full of friendly people…must have just been a tough day at TH

We reached there at 6:00pm and the lobby was closed.So,we go through the drive through and then we were told that the Cold Stone is closed @6. But online it clearly shows the closing time is 9:00pm.

This place is better than presque Isle Tim Hortons. They have better donuts an ice cream bar and the best service that you can find. Every time I go there I get greeted and they know my usual order.

Customer service, inventory, and cleanliness of this place severely lack. Manager needs to hire more people or get more efficient people on deck. There was garbage all over the floor. Order didn’t come out right. Didnt have the correct lids for ice cream. Disappointed to have driven an hour to take the kids for ice cream and get coffee.
