10/12/2025 My only complaint today? They were out of 2L Sprites so they subbed 3 20oz Sprites. I got approx 1serving less than I paid for. I would have assumed they would have given 1 more 20 oz to make sure I got what I paid for. Otherwise Awesome pizza, Tanner was a Delight.

Don’t order pizza specials that are advertised online or tv. This location does not accept online advertising. Every time I have ordered a pizza there they tell me they don’t accept online specials. I walked out and left the pizza. Won’t order pizza at dominos again.

Ordered 7 medium pizzas and bread bites for take out, was told I need to ORDER AHEAD on a FRIDAY for 7 medium cheese, 1 topping, and 2 topping pizzas. They canceled my order and didn’t even call the number. When I showed up expecting my pizzas, because it said it was ready on the app. I was met with hostility from the short young woman with quite the attitude and stink eye. I used to work at this location, always has been poor ownership and full of lazy people. Some things never change it seems. The guy at the front counter was trying to make excuses about proofing dough, but come on.. you don’t have enough dough to make 7 medium pizzas on a Friday? It sounds like they just didn’t want to make them. I would’ve been happier if they would’ve just told me that straight up. I was prepared to feed a lot of hungry people. And Dominos royally dropped the ball. I will not be returning here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in our town. Sad to see, but it hasn’t changed much.

Terrible service for the last 6 months. Each time I pick up my order I have to specifically tell them which order is mine on the rack based on the number of boxes. Each time they have looked at the orders and walked away to do something else making me continue to wait for no reason when I can clearly see my order sitting there ready. usually 1-2 people working while 3-5 are standing around talking amongst themselves… Bread bites have been flat and gross the last few times likely from out of date or poorly handled products. I will never be returning to the Cicero location.
I would like to add I drove 20+ mins each way to receive this poor service because my kids love the bread bites (when they’re made correctly) and this is the closest location.

Someone looked and said yeah its good. Send this out for delivery. Burnt, hard and dry. Drove it back to the store and they say “oh it must have been put in the bottom oven and its hotter”. Clearly no pride or quality control at this location.

Horrible! Ordered a large Philly cheesesteak pizza over the phone. Get there and I’m disrespected by a man worker, told they don’t have my pizza when I ordered it 25 min before that and they told me it would be 20 min til it was done. Told me I would have to wait another 20 min for my pizza. I don’t have 40 min to wait for a damn pizza. The service was horrible and then the man worker wants to roll his eyes and have an attitude. So disappointed for such a small town dominoes. Correct your staff did establishment is disgusting and disrespectful behavior. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! And will recommend to everyone else not to eat there, go to the dominoes in noblesville they do there jobs correctly. And if I would’ve waited another 20 min I would expect half off my pizza for the time convenience and the misunderstanding. This is sick

Tonight was a new experience. I was handed my order at the counter, I paid for the food, and walked out. After examining the food and seeing that my order was short,I went back to ask about the error. The worker was short, condescending and obviously not interested in the issue. I must admit that this was the worst experience that I have ever had with Domino’s. The pizza was very cold, the exact texture of cardboard. So dry that I thought about taking it all back. You know, it’s really sad to have to acknowledge that the workers simply don’t care. I didn’t want to chance getting into a larger issue with the staff after the earlier confrontation. Just not worth it. In closing, the Mac n cheese was burnt and disgusting. It’s weird to see such terrible service with absolutely no concern at all from the employee. Oh well, it was my decision to go back again. Will I ever learn?
