The food itself tasted fine, but since when did dominos skimp on portions, a pasta bowl for $9.49 that didn’t even cover the base of the small metal tin. Same for the tots (25 in total for $9.49), the portions are much smaller than they used to be. Just disappointed that for the prices they’re charging this is the value you get.

Guys, save your night and order from a different location. I’ve ordered from this place twice and both times I have left empty handed after getting a refund. I assumed the first time was just someone new working and tried again a couple weeks later, they gave my pizza to someone else and then let me sit at the carry out window for nearly 30 mins before informing me what happened. I was quoted up to 45 mins, I waited for 1 hr and 30 mins before I was filled in on what was taking so long. I get accidents happen, but a multiple times?

Called to place my order through the call center and everything went well. Called back and my call went the store. The guy was rude as hell. I asked him was this domino’s because I was so thrown off by the lack of professionalism. He replied yes. As I began my question he abruptly hung up. I called back seven times trying to correct my order before they began making it. Called them a total of ELEVEN TIMES!!! Each time I got hung up on. So I drove up there and stood in the lobby for a bit. Still calling and watching him hang up to proceed to sweep the floors. I asked him why he was not answering the phone and that I had already placed a b order but was calling to correct something. He gave me a BS excuse but I could literally hear the phone ringing from the door. I asked to speak to a manager and a guy by the name of Sam came to the counter. He was much more respectful and polite and apologized still blaming it on the call center when I literally watched the guy hang up. After I corrected my order and received my pizza I realized they game me and entirely wrong order. Brought it back inside where opened the box and showed him what I ordered vs what I got. I watched him take the pizza out of my hang and place it on the warmer and hand me the correct pizza. Got in the car and something told me taste the pizza…. Well now it had the WRONG CRUST!!! So at this point I’m over it. Save your time and save your money!!! I always have issues here when I order. Save yourself the hassle or chance it…. I won’t be back!

The guy working the front was great. Since it was the weekend I’m sure that’s why the other employees had attitudes. Anyways got home and there was NO SAUCE ON MY HOAGIE and barely any on the wings. Dropped the pizza off to a lady I knew who was sick doing chemo. She doesn’t have a phone but she called me telling me how terrible it was and all around the crust it was burnt. I called the store, told them I didn’t want a credit as my service at other stores have been similar. I wanted a refund. Told them I have my own health issues and couldn’t come back in. Whoever was supposed to call me back about a refund. Ya no call back. So I guess I have to take it up with my card… IDC if you’re black (I have mixed kids), white, speak.english or Spanish (I have family who are of Hispanic descent) you’re working at an establishment that is solely customer service and dealing with people’s food. Least be polite and DONT LIE if you’re gonna mess up my food. People wonder why there’s so many videos of people coming back pissed off at restaurants. Food is way too high to be playing. Pics of the dry hoagie and wings. Thanks Domino’s. I’m a single mom and my kids and are weren’t happy!

I dont know what they did…but whatever they did to cut cost you can tell in anything you order. Its all disgusting slop which is a disappointment cuz domino’s was a lot better before they changed the sauce. Everything taste the same. Such a shame.

A co-worker ordered two steak hoagies, they looked like they had been burned and then sat out on a counter for a week and were dry as a bone. The cinnamon twist looked oily, but when you bit into it, was like cardboard, with all of the cinnamon and sugar sitting at the bottom of the box. I couldn’t even give away to another co-worker. I only gave 2 stars because the driver seemed very nice.
