Don’t even waste your time ordering from this Dominos it’s a waste your time and money. They take three hours for one delivery it makes zero sense at all. Then if you have a sucky delivery driver like Michael he’ll just randomly cancel your order without confirming it with you instead of delivering your order as it is his job to do. I’ve never seen a restaurant with worse customer service

The heavily undertop your pizza. You maybe wondering why are you pizza’s smaller than the size what you ordered. Well looks like folks here are saving ton of money by not using the right weight of ingredients. I ordered a Alfredo sauce pizza with extra cheese. lol there was barely any cheese on it,let alone extra anything . Would highly recommend not to order from this location

So first things first shout out to HASIKEEM they are amazing!
I had specially wrote on the notes for my delivery for it to be left at my door so I didn’t have to walk outside. Driver called me and asked me to come outside bc he was afraid that’s fine it’s cincinnati I understand but I waited outside for 20 minutes after he said 5. I also ordered chicken Alfredo that didn’t have any sauce on it and marinara sauce for my cheesy bread. I was also brought the wrong drinks. Did not receive the marinara. Was offered garlic butter instead.
I called The store back After I received my order and the person that answered the phone so solved everything said that they would send someone new out with my missing/wrong items, and would deliver it to the second floor so I don’t have to walk down the stairs with a fractured ankle. THANK YOU HASIKEEM!! Much love

This is the thing about this domino’s, if it’s late at night or a weekend, you’re kind of rolling the dice.
This is the reason, if your order is wrong, or you do not receive your order, there is no way to get it corrected.
They do not answer the phone during busy times and then website is run by domino’s globally. The manager doesn’t allow them to issue refunds, they ask to resolve it with your bank, which is absurd..

Female manager on night of 10/03/25 called me a “dick”, because I asked for a receipt or a refund, on a gift card purchase. Cameras on the finished pizza warmer stand will show I was never aggressive, nor provoked her. What is most disappointing is after filling out the email survey Domino’s sent me, there was no response from the franchise or Domino’s. Poor representation of the brand and customer service. Supervisor Darrius (sp?) was awesome and professional, and tried to make the best out of a bad situation that his manager created. This guy should be running the shift. Not the dramatic female manager with the long fake nails, which I believe is a Board of Health violation.

By far the worst dominios. It never fails, every single time I order from this particular location my food is overcooked or improperly prepared. This time they made our pasta not in the pan. I can’t make this up. The pizza is overcooked, dried out, and hard. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was explaining what was wrong with the order (my exact words were, “There are a few things wrong with my order. The first thing is the pasta isn’t in a pan, it is just sitting on paper”……the “manager” put me on hold and left me on hold for 13 minutes 47 seconds and never came back to the phone. I called back and the same “manager” seemed confused as she thought the “manager” had spoken to me. She let me know that she isn’t even supposed to be working and that I needed to speak to the shift manager. I was placed on hold again but this time the phone was placed down. Approximately six minutes later, the same “manager” returned to the line. I politely explained that I would like a full refund. She agreed to honor my request and stated she would refund the money $45 and pick up the food.
She did state the reason why the food was just on a cooking sheet was because they ran out of pans.
This is the only location where I constantly have issues. I order from other Dominios and the quality and care that is taken in preparing the food is by far superior.
Upon “manager” arrival she only gave $38 refund because she said she couldn’t prove that I actually paid the driver $45 and that the $38 was my food order total. Furthermore, she stated that she not suppose to even give the cash back but she only did it because I was mad. I never once raised my voice, cussed, or even remotely gave the impression I was mad. I was very calm and polite to her. I didn’t even verbalize any form of personal opinions. I clearly stated what the issue was and requested a refund.

Ordered a mushroom steak hoagie it was dry and over done. When I ask for a side of mushroom sauce the lady said no it’s against their policy because the sauce has to be cooked which made me confused.

This location makes you order the mix and match online only when online it says in-store and online. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and ask the manager/owner for parmesan and red pepper packets. He only gave me 1 packet of each one and yelled at me that they are not free, that they cost 25 cents each. Dominos he’s ruining your name with this behavior. 2/05/26

I usually don’t leave reviews just to complain but I was really disappointed that this Domino’s couldn’t even do the bare minimum. I walked in to pick up my pizza, walked up to the counter, and the guy working the counter just stared me down, not even a hello or a how can I help you? He just stared at me. When I took my pizza home it wasn’t even cut. LOL. This have never happened to me before. Pizza tasted fine and the order was correct, but this was probably one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had.
