Kayla is the manager. I’f you wanna call her that . She hung up on me after explaining to her that my pizza was missing a topping and how my two year old with down syndrome, her favorite topping is bacon.And it was missing after ordering a five meat.Pizza told me that they would remake it, but it would take thirty minutes.Then, told me that I couldn’t get a refund after being disrespected and hung up on. She explained to me that I wasn’t the only one coming at her with complaints. They’ve been messing up all night. And that she couldn’t do nothing unless I spoke to the owner fran tomorrow morning. Well, I’ll be coming and talking to a fran tomorrow morning.

Always a great experience at the Bethel location but today was exceptional! I ordered our food from the Batavia location by mistake. When I went into Bethel Dominos to pick up I realized what I had done, the manager tried to call Batavia to see what could be done. I decided to just make the drive to Batavia and pick up our food. The manager ran out to my car to catch me and happily said they would remake my food there for no additional cost! It was rainy, foggy out and she did not want our dinner to be cold! Within 15 minutes a nice gentleman brought my order out to my car!

We have been ordering from this location for 5 years and it’s always a great experience. One person stands out for her excellent customer service is Cathy! We’ve had positive things to say about her as our delivery driver on numerous occasions. For example, last night a soda and sauce wasn’t delivered with the order and she called and was already on her way to deliver the missing items before we even knew it was missing (we did contactless delivery last night). No other delivery drivers have ever done this for us. If every restaurant had a Cathy, customer service would be through the roof! Thank you, Cathy!

I placed my late night order order online to keep the process fast and easy to save time. I loved being notified each step of the way. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly “Hello, how are u” which also included a smile ( important to me bcuz I have been made to think that I have put employees out just for picking up an order or simply asking an easy question) My order was ready the moment I walked n the store. The cashier ask if I needed plates and napkins and after telling her that no thanks I didn’t need them she was quick to tell me thank u, to have a good night and to be safe going home! Customer service will make or break a business and its obvious that these employees are the reason that this business thrives. Domino’s I hope u realize the assets u have with ur employees! They are what keep customer’s coming back. Other places could certainly learn a thing or two from ur employees. If I were a business owner they are exactly who I’d want to represent what I would like to be known for!

Worst experience ever. Burnt cheese dip. An accident happened they dropped my food after it was noted as ready.instead of telling me there was a delay they made me pay then said oh by the way your food isn’t ready I wasn’t given the choice to cancel the order.When I can back after and stated I shouldn’t have been force to pay for the food without being told it wasn’t ready like the screen. The women got in my face yelling how mistakes happen her employee got burned.I completely understand that mistakes happen but give me the option to cancell before I pay and am forced to take a late order. no customer service and my food was burnt on top of it.
