We ordered around 10:30 pm they said it would be delivered in about 30 to 45 minutes, instead it arrived over 2 hours later. At least it was warm and not stone cold. Our delivery driver said he was the only one driving the other one had left. At least we finally got our food.

First let me say that ordering was easy! The pizza tracker was really cool. The p staff was super friendly and nice! But the pizza and wings…. AWFUL!! Oh my yuck. We haven’t had Domino’s pizza in years. It was just terrible in taste. Almost disintegrated in my mouth before i even got to chew it. I didn’t even make it through one piece. We also ordered wings-which were under cooked and rubbery. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary with a weekend getaway, and thought a pizza night would be fun. We have never in our lives, have thrown away a whole meal and left immediately to order another somewhere else. My stomach hurts…from having to throw food away and from eating it

Great pizza and more affordable than a lot of other places in town, delivery is always fast, too. Did have one incident where the deliveryman left my pizza somewhere which was not my place but I called them and they made it right, even though they were just about to close by that time. Cannot speak as to atmosphere as I have never dined in, I always get delivery.

Got a literally raw pizza so undercooked the cheese is un melted and your finger goes through it if you tried to pick it up. I Called to get a replacement and they said “did you get a pan pizza? If you got a pan pizza that’s the way it is unless you get it well done” when I said he and I both know that wasn’t true he said the only way I could get a refund or replacement was to come get it. I asked for their name and let them know I’d be reaching out to corporate and he hung up on me. Hung up in me 4 more times when I tried to call back. You’d be better off going to bed hungry than waiting up for a pizza from here.
Update: I finally was able to speak to someone who was very sweet and understanding and tried to get me a refund. They had to call a manager to try and walk them through it over the phone, but they were not able to. I was assured I’d get a call from a manager when they were in the store to give me a refund. That never happened.

Never again are we ordering from dominos. This is the second time that we ordered from there and the first time wasn’t that bad, but this time around we got their pizza again and 1. They don’t know how to slice the pizza correctly. 2. This time around their pizza wasn’t edible due to there being so much grease on it, to the point it was completely soggy. This is the worst dominos joint that I’ve ever been to. Growing up I used to love dominos, but the one here in town is the worst one.

Ripped me off on my order. Gave me 2 completely different pizzas then what I ordered. Both covered in pork which I can’t eat. Most they will do is give you 20% off your order of a free 2 topping pizza. I just wanted my 2 pizzas to be correct! Thanks for sending me to bed hungry. Worse Domino’s around here.

Wife and I ordered food from the app, went to pick it up and they were slammed (not the reason for the review) I understand being busy, and that’s not their fault. But leaving the phone off the hook so calls stop coming in and loudly cussing and being vulgar with a lobby full of people is gross and unprofessional.. I stood there for 30 minutes (again not their fault) but after listening to them I got frustrated. Canceled my order and left.. good food but the employee’s conversations were inappropriate for the situation..
