Probably won’t order from them said they could not deliver to my address but I have two addresses the one listed on my app listed when I called they said it could not be delivered(1315) but they said it was (1324) bullshit. I have two addresses listed on the app the one they mentioned was never listed and I got a screenshot of my order will probably never order from them again. Also tried to talking to them on maybe a discount or something but they didn’t seem interested. Edit: even though I’m upset with them I’ll tell you what Zach was a great guy but I still didn’t get my order nor did I get any real help so on that note, I still may not do orders at this store or the medina one and I use to like them and this isn’t the first time this has happened I’m done if you want tips (which I pay well on) then do better. I will not pay for sub par/no service

Pizza was good but very expensive if you don’t have a coupon. Also my account was charged twice for my order. Once for the total amount and again for my the total plus tip. I thought the first charge would drop off the next day but it has been 4 days now. Update- after 7 days the pending charge dropped off.

Ordered online and was supposed to be $6.99 times 3, but it charged me $16.99 and 17.98. I called and they would not fix the issue as it did not properly put the $6.99 coupon per item on correctly. My pizzas were supposed to be ready by 6:20, I ordered before 6:00. I got there around 6:45 and my pizzas were still not ready, the man was passive aggressive saying I should download the app the next time I order a curbside.

Ordered pizzas tonight and spent almost $70 without the cash tip. Asked for half the pizza to have onions as someone here wanted someone, without onions (well don’t worry onions came on all of it), also paid extra for pineapple which was not even on the pizza at all!
Paid for boneless buffalo chicken bites, they were overcooked and terrible! We used to order from here all the time, this will finally make it our last and final time. Absolutely terrible experience!!!!

Their online ordering system never works. This time, I have several online only coupons and online said to call the store to place you order it kept giving me errors. They would not honor the online coupons I only called in because online told me to. And the coupons gave me a free medium pizza and $12 in savings so why would I have paid an addition 18 dollars by ordering over the phone instead? So I will just have to call romeos. Sad cuz I really like their pizza but they should really get their website together. Their food is also DISGUSTING.

This review was from a couple years ago and although I can’t remember exactly why for the three-star review, there had to have been something that happened or was it right.
I have edited this review to a five-star not because of your free Pizza (which is appreciated) but rather because about a week ago while we were having a particularly busy day we ordered online for a curbside at our local D’s, the staff was nice, prompt, made our order correctly and showed an interest in us as people.
As compared to an order we just had delivered from Hut tonight (which arrived with toppings incompletely topped and regular cut vs square as requested, albeit a minor issue) I must say that Domino’s is currently the better choice.

They told my husband there no record of my call to order which I did 2x & it was accepted. He was there to pick up. They quickly made a order of just sausage, no onion, no green pepper & no way to ask pizza be sliced in squares. Pizza crust, & all tasted terrible, husband paid what they charged. I will never order again off the phone, if I can’t call in an order, I will order from somewhere else.
