Ordered a hand tossed sausage pizza. Crust was extremely thin and the bottom was burnt. It was like eating crackers. I will not go there again. My wife’s pizza was also burnt and the crust was hard.

This has been one of the saddest pizzas i have ever laid my eyes on. First of all, the crust is as small as the cardboard box!! Makes me feel like i paid for a brooklyn, anyways, paying for a brooklyn wouldve been better then paying more then 40 bucks for this dookied on piece of bread. There isnt any sauce at all, and the speck of sauce they add off politeness, is in a liquid form, not even mixed at all. Interesting shape for the honolulu, completely square, like you didnt even out the dough and just rolled it out. sad price, sad pizza, sad me, if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would, how is this even a possibility for pizza. You have to try to make pizza this bad. Worst option in town. Would rather drive 30 minutes to streetsboro. Atleast they gave me this subjective pizza

Ordered pizza for delivery. After 45 minutes I tried calling the store since the tracker was not working. I only could get directly through to a delivery service that was taking the orders remotely and not directly affiliated with the store. I requested to be transferred to the store but it kept going right to an automated message about the hours of operation. It was 7pm on a Friday and they were open. Very very frustrating that you can’t talk to a person to check the status of your delivery

Something has gone wrong with this place. It used to be decent and serve with consistency. But now it is just bad tasting for multiple reason. Cheese pizza has one 2 ingredients and they can’t even get that right..(see pictures). It’s amazing level of incompetence to put together a simple pizza order.
Not like you have to be a chef of some kind to make a pizza.
You can see in the pictures that there is no cheese on double cheese pizza. Also see the second pic where you can find the missing cheese..so basically they messed up the boxing or something and then decided not to make an effort to do it right

Why I don’t care for most local corporate chains. They reinvent themselves for improvement, don’t pay or keep the staff they had in that process and all goes down hill. So just like the most recent reviews here. Last month I wanted to order online from work cause I don’t have time to waste waiting. Online systems having issues, wouldn’t process. So I chose a different place for lunch. Ordered a chicken parm sandwich and got 3 little chicken cubes from a salad melted in cheese with slathered sauce. Quality control and management is needed here!

The Philly cheese steak pizza is delicious and the staff are super friendly and genuinely care about the customers. After cooking my pizza, the lady asked me if I like my pizza more crispy, then showed the bottom of my pizza and asked if I want her to put it back into the oven for more crisp (which was not necessary). I love this place.
