We had a good experience at this Sioux City Dairy Queen. Our food order was correct, chicken, fries, and hot dog were all hot, and free refills on the pop machine were great. They had a nice selection of pops and three different iced teas to choose from. Staff was friendly enough.
Our one complaint is that the bathroom is in the adjacent gas station. The mens room was pretty digusting. This isn’t necessarily a reflection DQ, but it is there disgated bathroom which is shared with the gas station.

Went in an hour before close and this girl was slamming things, complaining about “another customer ugh” and my 4 year old was with me. I understand if you’ve had a bad day. But that is not a professional manner. Especially over some mediocre ice cream cones

Dairy queens food has gone so far downhill. Every few months I try to give it another shot either because there is nothing else open or close by and am overly disappointed again and again. Today my bill was over 20 for a burger, fries and a blizzard. The blizzard was ok. Half melted when I got it. The fries were only half cooked. Soggy and cold in the center as if they went in the fryer frozen as they should but were pulled out within 2 minutes, but the burger was overcooked to hockey puck status. This is pretty consistent of every visit for the last 5 years.

The only car in the drive through and the order still took 15 minutes. Why did it take that long? I do not know. There was no communication. From my perspective i just saw 4 people standing there and every once in a while would look over to me, talking and goofing off making it look like they were cleaning. Poor customer service, horrible communication and the only decent part was the food.

Worst experience ever! The food was not made correctly, had to wait for ever to get our food. The staff is very rude, have no customer service skills. A lot of attitudes, and a lot of eye rolling. Then to top it off, the chicken Parmesan strips were the worst ever. They just dump sauce on the strips and it was awful. And then they go gossip with the gas station attached! Worst place ever. And working and doing inspections on businesses this one would definitely fail.
