The manager, an older white woman, had the nastiest attitude with the matching look on her face while greeting me at the Drive Thru window.
I ordered 2 pepperoni & 2 meat lovers pizzas. Two of the pizzas were wrong. She told to wait 5 minutes for the correct ones. I know full well pizzas take longer than 5 minutess to cook.
20 minutes later and with no sense of urgency, I get the correct pizzas with no apology from the manager. I expect better from someone in a managerial position

I don’t understand how this place is still open.
1. Mobile ordering is usually turned off “There was a technical error” because either not enough employees or too busy. The Strongsville store told me this directly.
2. Expect your orders to be at least 45 minutes because only one person is preparing the pizza.
3. Evenings and weekends there will usually only be two people working. I have never seen a manager work at this location.

We asked for half cheese half pepperoni pizza, and they gave us pepperoni with NO DAMN CHEESE?!? Also there was a literal hair in the pizza! It was DISGUSTINGLY HORRID, never go here, also their customer service thought we were lying!!! Horrible place never go here.

I placed an order online at 7pm for pizza to feed people working late at my house. After waiting an hour (I live less than half a mile from Dominos), I tried to call the store. During my almost 45 minutes on hold with the store, I placed an order with Marcos, which was delivered 30 minutes later (8:30pm). I tried to call Dominos again around 9 and still no one would pick up. Dominos delivered right before 9:30, which was an hour after Marco’s delivered and a total of two and a half hours after I placed the order for two pizzas. And to make everything alright, customer service sent me a coupon for a free pizza which I’m happy to give to someone if you don’t mind waiting two and a half hours for your order.

My last order took 72minues and the cheesy bread was gross and dripping in a bad flavored oil. Will stick with local shops not a chain. As an update they sent me a coupon for a free pizza. So I ordered that a week later and after 48 minutes past the order the items had not even hit the oven so I had to call to cancel that. They couldn’t even execute making a pizza much less delivering it. So tried to take them up on the free pizza offer but it didn’t work out. I will never go back

So I am on my work break and placed delivery order because due to my disability I cannot drive. It was cancelled. I called up and a gentleman answered very irate with me saying I don’t have a driver and I asked can’t you post that online he said how do I do that you tell me and hung up on me. We order a lot from this location here in our hometown north Royalton. Never will again and going to report to the city.

I didn’t know a Domino’s opened at this location, last I remember it was some tiny liquidation store. Placed a pickup order and it was ready in minutes. Staff was very friendly, place was clean and the food was as ordered and fresh. I’ll definitely be going back, great location.

I told them if they got idea when it will be delivered ? She said no. Maybe 30min.
Any compensation since it will get here after so long ? Yeah you can cancel the order that is the compensation.

Today I ordered a pizza. Due to a family inconvenience I had to leave for 4 min, at that moment the delivery man arrived and I asked him to wait for me 4 minutes but he said that first he was going to deliver a pizza next door and that he was coming back, 45 minutes passed and I called the restaurant to ask what was happening, to my surprise the manager answered me and was extremely rude. This inconvenience or the review is not because of the delivery man, he is doing his job. I’m impressed that a person who claims to be the manager is so rude, I was asking him things and he answered me with irony and mocking tone. What kind of professional is he? When I told him to please respect that I was not disrespecting him or talking badly to him, he said something quite out of tune and hung up the phone!!!!! You never do that to a customer! I wanst being rude! You can’t have a person like that at the head of an establishment. It gives the chain a horrible reputation! It is a chain that is worldwide and in life I would buy there again. And hopefully someone of higher rank can hear the call and take action on the matter. If you don’t feel happy working in customer service, don’t do it. Hospitality is paramount in these businesses. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Don’t go or at least while that rude human being is there.
