10 Feb26,6:30pm. Drive thru. Bought small strawberry shake. They aren’t using ice cream/soft serve nothing but a strawberry powder mixture. It’s a drink not a shake. Really I could make this with Nestles strawberry drink and saved $. And if DQ says differently,then put blinds on the drive thru windows and I wouldn’t see worker mix the powder,saw the powder dust… Shameful and shady….

The service at the Caseyville, IL was great and the food quality was very good. The downside was the dining room was closed. Another person said it was a failed inspection of the dining room but I have no idea what that means.

Vinay(skinny guy with glasses) was extremely rude. The lobby was closed due to roof work, and I remained calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction. I laughed only because his behavior was so unexpectedly discourteous. I had difficulty understanding him due to his accent, which wasn’t an issue—I simply asked him to repeat himself. Instead of clarifying, he became louder and even more rude. He showed an unnecessary level of aggressive energy toward me; Bet he doesn’t have that energy with the British.

Sad excuse for a Dairy queen. Messed up our order twice. Took 30 minutes to get our order put in and food out, then another wait to redo it twice. Place looks nasty. Inside locked. Staff not very friendly and not at all interested in customer care. The whole lot is catered in with giant potholes.

Usually i enjoy coming here for lunch with my military buddies but not today. 25 minute wait for a to-go order. I get home and the flamethrower burger i received was not the one they typically get. It was a regular double cheeseburger with their hot sauce. They didn’t even put bacon on it! I spent $8 on a double cheeseburger with hot sauce and fries. Unfortunately i was already home when i discovered this and me driving back to correct this will cost me more in gas money…extremely disappointed. We decided this probably isn’t going to be our spot anymore. Look at the pics below…is that what the flamethrower is supposed to look like!
