Wish I read this stores review before placing my order. It seems like a LOT of people have the same issue: place the order and you’re lucky if you even get your food but they for sure get your money. Seems like that’s what’s happening to me now. I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours for my scheduled order and I tried to call the store 5 times and it says the store is closed. Can’t get ahold of anyone At 6 pm on a Tuesday. Ridiculous.

Order pizza from here. Waited 2.5 hours for delivery. Food came out of the oven 30 min after ordered according to the pizza tracker. Pizza was cold and old. I even called and asked them not to deliver it. No way for refund. They only offer a free pizza next time. I will never order Domino’s again.

Placed an online order at 7:01 p.m. paid online for the pizza. Went to the store and was told by the young lady that it would take about 10 more minutes. It was already 8:01 pm. An hour after I’d already placed the order. Turns out my pizza was not in the oven and I was meant to be told it was going to take another 20 minutes. Every customer that came in after that had place orders online and was told their order would take 45 minutes to an hour because they were behind or she was working alone. Whatever the case may be, this is really pathetic service from Domino’s. You placed the order online. It tells you between 9 or 19 minutes. You get there an hour later and still no food. I canceled my order to get my money back. With so much technology available Domino’s you should be able to do a lot better with notifying your customers of any delays. This is poor business practice.

I placed a delivery order on Sunday 12/21. I asked that it would be delivered at 4:30pm and placed the order around 2pm and paid with Apple Pay. So around 4pm I checked status on the app and it kept saying they were prepping it. So I checked closer to 4:30 still says prep, then I check at 4:45 shows order was completed but no pizza. I tried calling the store no answer. I must have called 10 times but nobody ever answered. So i paid for 2 pizzas which I never received. I’ll never order from here again. This place used to be great. I’d get a delivery in 20 minutes. I don’t know what happened but now they suck. So now I have to try to get my money back. I tried calling today Monday 12/22 still no answer. I filed a dispute with my credit card. Don’t order from here I know I won’t.

The subs had nothing on them, how did they make these and think it’s acceptable?
We had originally picked up our food and were unable to go back up to pick up new ones, the manger said if we paid a $5 delivery we could have new ones delivered. They never came.
We ordered these for company who came over, so disappointed that we had to find other food to serve after paying for these.
We tried calling back after 2 hours, and could not get a hold of them.
Hope to get our money back.

Terribly understaffed so ridiculous customer service. Ordered online and waited til time given to pick up to go there. Arrived and told will be another 25 – 30 mins. One poor girl there trying to do everything. Left, went to TJMaxx, shopped, came back 30 mins later. Still not ready. Now an annoyed crowd is forming in the pickup area. Three more workers now. Stood another 40 mins, phone ringing off the hook nobody answering cause workers frantically trying to keep up with orders they already had. Finally got my order 70 mins after was supposed to be ready and the pizza was not even that good. Management needs to do something.

I walked in and said don’t you answer your phone she said I’m the only one working I won’t answer it’s to busy for me. I said I have the wrong pizza I just want my money back she said to leave the receipt she’ll do it at the end of the night I said no I want it done now and I’m not leaving my receipt with you. She did it so she said she did. She said look for a email in 24 hours it’ll confirm your refund. No refund called no answer for days. Finally went back up there 6 days later talked to some kid he said no there was no refund. Also contacted customer service before going there and they sent me a free coupon for a pizza that expires in 2 weeks. I’ll never order again

Only have 2 people working, 1 person inside – 1 person doing Deliverys on a Friday night. Quoted us 30 minutes on the app, watched the tracker ended up not getting it for an hour and 30 minutes later. We tried calling to cancel it but sat on hold for 20 minutes for no one to answer, we drove up to cancel it just for them to tell us it would be done in 5 minutes, they quickly made it. They were ignoring the phones while we were there. They were ringing off the hooks the entire time.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed an online order Friday afternoon for 10 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party on Saturday. I selected to pick them up at 12:45 on Saturday. At 10:30pm on Friday, I got a call confirming my order for the following day. I went to pick them up and they told me they did not have my order. We were late to his own birthday party and the entire day was ruined. I contacted support and they offered me a 50% off coupon that expires in two weeks. Seriously? Stay away from here.
