I asked for square cut and I got “I’ll cut this into” (not traditional pie slice) but not kidding into angled squares, and slices that wanted to be slices i don’t how else to explain this but they weren’t squares or slices it was just like if some who didn’t know how to cut pizza im sorry but it’s seriously becoming ridiculous. The quality of service is not held to a standard.

After my husband arrived to pick up our order for 3 pizzas he was told they gave away one. He waited for them to make a new one. He didn’t check it and it was burned badly. They should never have sold that. Not very happy as it was my pizza. This was in Wellington.

This location almost NEVER puts the seasoning on the crust. It is so frustrating. If we don’t remember to double check the order before we walk out & ask them to add it, it won’t have it on there. It’s a key part of the recipe so I’m confused why the employees don’t remember it 90% of the time.

Good and service are always great here! Just wish the app gave better estimated time for pickup. Luckily the staff were able to get my order out quickly and I didn’t have to wait too long.

My wife and I dined in at the Domino’s in Wellington today The young man that took care of us was very courteous and had a great attitude he also looked up some coupons for our meal so we got discounts on our meal which he didn’t need to do that but he took the time to do that We ordered the chicken alfredo which was very good and was just the right amount We also ordered a Memphis BBQ chicken pizza which was very good I will definitely go back there again and I definitely recommend this Domino’s to anybody who wants good service and good food

10-12-24 first time ordering from this location. It’s a mile away from my new apartment. I am leaving a ten dollar tip for the driver and crossing my fingers they deliver and provide a great experience like I’ve had with other locations. So the review will be updated after delivery with photos and wait time.

Tonight I was given a cheese pizza when I had ordered over the phone a pepperoni pizza. My grandson went in to pay for the pizza,which he did then he realized that they gave him a cheese pizza. He took the cheese pizza back into the place and told them about the mistake. They tried to convince him that I had ordered the pizza on line and the receipt said a reg. Which was a cheese. He became confused and they would not give him the pepperoni pizza I had ordered. I then went in and asked for Thomas of which I had talked with and he took my order over the phone. An older man, Thomas, and 2 other women tried to tell me I made the mistake not them. I was told I was giving Thomas attitude and he accused me of being disrespectful and rude to him All I wanted was my pepperoni pizza. He finally made me a new pepperoni pizza. I apologized to Thomas if he thought I was being disrespectful but all he wanted to do was raise his voice again and argue with me. I told him if I was not so thick skinned I would take my business elsewhere because he was rude to me. I suggested to him that he take some customer service management courses. He said he was not going to have a career working at Dominos for the rest of his life. I told him he should consider a different type of job choice to because he certainly does not know what customer service is all about. I certainly will not go back to the Wellington Domino’s pizza store. From a 1-10 scale for customer service I give Thomas and the workers with him on 2/5/25 a –10. Char Smith

Watched from my car while I waited for my online order to be prepared, as the two women who were boxing up the food. The short woman kept touching her face, nose scratching her hair, her face, constantly! Then she would touch everyone’s food. NEVER once, did she wash her hands! She was told to take an order out to a car, but took the wrong order, so had to go back and get the correct order. Meanwhile, she’s touching everything, door handle, etc, and then goes back to work without washing her hands, handing food products! They don’t wear gloves! Totally grossed me out, and really made me mad! I should have gotten a video of this, but I didn’t think of it at the time!
