My family has ordered over 100 pizzas from this store. We almost NEVER get exactly what we order. Ask for extra sauce and we get no sauce. Ask for the pizza to be pie cut and they square cut it! It’s never ending the number of ways that this store has messed up an order! I am completely frustrated and not sure I will ever order from this store again!

I’ve ate at this dominos over 100 times and have never been talked to like I was today. Who ever was working at 7:40 pm today was the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. The phone call ended w then telling me to order online. Online orders are unavailable right now. He refused to take my order and now I’m unable to get pizza like I had promised friends so I’ll have to drive to a different town now. This is insane that I’m even having to type this. Who ever is working for you guys is not “working” they are getting people off the phone as quick as possible as they clearly don’t wanna work, terrible attitude.

Extremely unprofessional business. I called tonight to place an order.. I work at the hospital. I gave them the correct address. I get a phone call from two weird numbers.. I could not answer it. They did not leave a voicemail or anything. I called dominos an hour later and they said that they came to the hospital and asked someone if I worked here.. they said no. That was a lie. Now the guy said HE CANT give me his name over the phone and I would have to come get it.. I had to beg for a refund. Can someone contact me? I would like to see something done. This was not ok. This guy needs retrained or fired. Terrible service

I typically love Domino’s pizza and am always satisfied with the service and prices. The last time I’ve tried to order from the Napoleon location, the app and online order from the website were not working. I called the first time and the woman who answered entered my online order code for me to still use. I did not know the code but she did and entered it for me. This time, the guy that answered the phone asked if I had a code, I did not because neither the app nor the website had a code number, and he said that since I did not I couldn’t use the coupon. Also, I couldn’t use any of the coupons anyway because they were online only… even though I had no ability to do so because of their systems.
