Ordered pan pizza for delivery tonight did not receive a pan pizza. The pizza was inches thick of dough. Tried to call to fix issue they picked up the phone and left it on the counter for over ten minutes and never intended to pick it back up. I heard other complaints and employees getting yelled at. My experience from this Domino’s location was very foul and appalling. The conversation I had on the phone with another employee was polite until the call was transferred over to DIEGO. DIEGO was immediately disrespectful. His tone of voice and habit of cutting me off while explaining that my order was incorrect left a sour taste in my mouth. The fact that he was telling me that I was wrong as I was explaining that MY order was incorrect, AND that there was an extra ingredient on the pizza that my friend is ALLERGIC to was absolutely INSANE. As I continue trying to explain the situation to him HE ENDS THE CALL. That was extemely disrespectful, and I do not intend on ordering from this location ever again.

They deserve negative stars. Ordered through online for the babysitter and kids. Was not even anywhere near home. About 45 minutes went by and I opened the app to check on the order. It was at “prep” still. I placed the order at 5:49. I was thinking maybe they were busy or the app wasn’t working right. I placed my first call at 7:00. Waited on hold for 49 minutes before finally giving up. At that point it’s been nearly 2 hours since placing the order. Can’t cancel the order through the app. Can’t. get ahold of someone and no pizza. I tried to call another local location for advise and they told me to screw off and hung up on me. Filled out the online form to get a reach out from customer care and then to call one more time. That was at 8:04. At 9:19 I got a notification that the order was in the oven! I tried to call again to cancel, again sat on hold 30 more minutes until the delivery driver call to ask if I still wanted my order at 9:47… 4 hours later. I understand it’s not the people who are actually workings fault because they’re trying but they have no employees and no support. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food never comes and they hang up the phone on you (if they even pick it up). Staff are lazy. Clearly the owner doesn’t care anymore and gave up running a respectable business. Hopefully he sells and someone who cares can take over. Avoid this dump at all costs!!! Get real pizza instead!!

Placed an order for delivery, was told it would arrive within half an hour. Over an hour later, my pizzas are not here, and I’m told they’re unsure of when my pizzas will arrive. I understand a holiday rush, and a lack of workers on a holiday, but there’s a limit on everyone’s patience. By the time my pizza arrives, if it ever does, it will more than likely have gone cold. Normally the service is much better, though.

First of all food was not good and top of that they have charged $5 extra to my credit card after custom tip and delivery charge. So I paid $14 extra for $19 food order insane. When I called the store they are saying they can not even look up the bill and can not do anything. Very bad business and customer service. Never AGAIN!!

They are normally ok with the making and delivering of the pizzas. Yesterday I decided to go pick up my own pizza and when I get home I opened a dry pie. It looked either void of cheese or the cheese dried up because it was probably a reheated pizza. The wings also looked as if they put the least effort into them. I don’t get it it was empty af Yesterday at the store. No reason to turn out terrible products.
