A HUGE thank you to Christian at Domino’s for providing exceptional customer service and support on such short notice! He truly saved the day!! We signed up to provide the band team feed for this past Friday’s game and originally had placed the order with our local Marco’s. Marco’s requires a 24hr advance notice of large orders and so I personally stopped in on Wednesday (48hr advance notice) and placed the order with their night shift manager. When I called on Friday (over my lunchtime) to confirm details, I was told they needed to cancel my order because the Boosters also placed an order for the same time and they now could not fulfill our order. I’m not sure when they had planned to call to let us know that they could no longer fulfill the order that was placed, but it gave us literally hours to make other arrangements to feed 210 kids. And had I not called, I’m not sure when we would have actually been notified. I reached out to our local Domino’s around 1pm on Friday, explained our situation to Christian…his immediate response was “We would love to do this”! AND they did it for $120 less!!!

Only complaint, ordered two medium hand tossed and both were more like NY style, paper thin crust in the center. Overall pizza was good, just pressed a bit thin for hand tossed. Still our favorite pizza in town.

The food was ready quicker then originally qouted. The food was hot and fresh the only issue is it could have been cooked little longer. The tater tots and chicken wings were soft not crispy at all. The pizza crust was also little soggy. It tasted good but maybe a few more minutes in the oven would have been better. Next time I order I will be sure to ask for it to be a little more well done.

Very disappointed. We actually love this Domino’s. Their delivery drivers are always super prompt and polite, and the food quality is great 9/10… However, while recently trying to order, we were informed we are suddenly out of their service area – by one road nonetheless. I could fully understand if there was another franchise location in the area and they had to respect boundary lines… but, no. Just a flat no, we can’t service you. I guess we will take our business elsewhere…

I had placed an order around 8 and waited patiently since it was delivery. I was waiting in the hotel looking outside the window in case they came. Waited a whole hour and they hadn’t come so I took matter into my business and called. They said they hadn’t even started making it and would quickly make it in 10 minutes. My mistake for believing them. I had 6 hungry children waiting for food. At this point it was already 9:45. I am very upset and still waiting for the food. Very dishonest and untrustworthy.
