I am very upset right now. I ordered, it goes through that call center now, which I have never liked, I ordered. She said the card went through but it wouldn’t let her put the order in. She was going to transfer me to the store. It disconnected me. I called them back….it disconnected me. Now here I set, no way to get a hold of the store directly and I have no way of knowing if we are getting pizza or not. Plus if I am going to have to pay for a pizza that I don’t get. Ugh.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Placed a large order 2 days prior to needing to pick it up; which is what the woman told me to do when I called them. Go in to pick it up and got told there was no such order. They finally find it, said it got canceled and that they had no clue why. I even prepaid so I know the order got placed. Got told we where SOL and that when they were able to get the other 7 orders done, then they would start on ours, even though they could see our order and knew the situation. Don’t bother calling to complain, the ‘store manager’ will only be rude, talk over you, and argue with you. Then tell you that your husband lied to you. Don’t order from there unless you want excuses, no pizza, and poor customer service.

Ordered online for delivery. In about 5 seconds after ordering got a call from the store. Cynthia was all by herself. She had no driver’s so I picked it up. No big deal, I was just feeling lazy on a Sunday. She made an amazing pizza. Felt bad she was all alone. I appreciated her hard work.

Hello! I placed an order tonight at 8:32 pm for delivery. At 9:47 pm I got a call from someone at the dominoes location to ask me if I received my order. I had not. The employee put me on hold to figure out why I had not received my order. He comes back on the phone to explain to me that the order was still at the location and that they would give me a $25 credit for the inconvenience but did state that the order would be going out. I waited until 10:45 pm to try calling as I still had not gotten my delivery. I was on hold for 25 mins and no one answered. I also noticed that on Google this location has MANY reviews of this exact thing happening where they don’t receive their delivery and no one ever answers the phone. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday. I fully understand why this company has a 1 star rating if these complaints don’t result in any type of action.
