April; ordered for pickup, had free pizza on my acct but couldn’t get it to work online, called the store and they helped quickly and efficiently and my order was ready when I got there. Always so polite and efficient.
3/20/23; Ordered a cheesy bread, jalapeno bacon cheesy bread, and a sausage mushroom extra cheese pizza. All great quality though it took an hour to deliver. Was not busy but possibly no driver. Love Domino’s cheesy bread!
Jan 2023;Ordered a carryout online, very easy. When I got there 15 minutes later it was just finished and ready to go. The young man inside the store was very friendly and greeted me when I entered.
Sorry I did not take pics of our order of a five topping pizza and their jalapeno pineapple chicken bites, both were enjoyed immensely.
Will order from them again and next time take photos.

I’m a truck driver and I stopped at the rest area north of this location I call another pizza company and they didnt wanna deliver to me but I call here and the young lady on the phone was super helpful and was about to take my order and get my food delivered to me. If you are a truck driver you know how hard it can be to get food delivered to rest areas. And they where helpful and accommodating I would give more stars if I could.

This was the first time I visited this dominos. I’ve never had such bad quality of food. I placed a mobile order of $50 and the food was disgusting. The pizza was overdone and the stuffed cheesy bread was completely doughy (raw) on the inside as you can see in these photos. I don’t think I will be visiting this dominos again. The first impression was not a great experience.

Placed a delivery order and after an hour and a half I called to check on the delay because the tracker system said it had been sitting at store for 45 minutes. They put me on hold for a few minutes only to return and tell me that my order had been sent elsewhere by mistake. They said they would make it again and it would be another 35-45 minutes. I just cancelled the order. I understand mistakes happen, but there was no apology or offer to comp or discount the order due to their error. They didn’t even bother to call me when the mistake was supposedly made and let me know of the delay and error. If I hadn’t called, I would still be waiting on an order that was never coming. Terrible customer service.

PINPOINT DELIVERY TO REST AREA!!!
I’m a truck driver and stay at the Florence rest area often. I’m very happy that Domino’s does the pinpoint delivery to the truck parking lot. I’ve used it a few times. Food has always came in a timely manner from a friendly delivery driver. Thanks Dominos and staff!
