They do make great pizza, especially the thin/crispy crust. No doubt there. But they will NOT answer their phone. I have been calling for 25 minutes and not once did they answer. It makes me wonder if they really want our business. If you can’t handle making pizza and answering calls you should hire more people.

That was a first. The manager cussed me out and refused to assist me after my order was sent to the wrong address. I’d recommend just not eating before I ever gave this place a chance. Series eat pizza rolls heated up in the microwave. Don’t expect customer service if your order is wrong or delivery is screwed up. Dominoes is not reliable. Never use their app. Very unprofessional

Can’t get anyone to answer the phones and might as well forget using the website for delivery. Says it’s not available but that’s not the case. From now on I’ll go to Pizza Hut every time. Food is decent when you can order it. Need to get their website fixed or shut the place down. The people are usually great. All boils down to the website!!!!

Updated the following post. We have been here several times since this episode, we absolutely love the pizza, and smooth sailing ever since my bad experience. Get the thin crust cheese, extra cheese. Very hard to beat, and super cheap.

Girl said with an attitude “if we are busy, we don’t answer the phone.” No order from me. I would have accepted a ” I’m so sorry, we have been so busy.” They acted like I was inconvieniancing them.

We order here pretty often. Once ever few weeks or so. I have always gotten their pasta and had no issues. Today I ordered it and the first two set of pasta had like no sauce so I called and asked them to fix it. They did but I checked the new ones and they had sauce but it was in one spot and instead of even allowing me to talk I was basically told that was the best it was going to get and was the right amount of sauce and the owner made it. The issue with the second ones was not the amount of sauce but the fact that half the noodles were completely dry when they put it in the oven which made them hard and dry. My MIL does not have teeth and would not have been able to eat them. So I asked for a refund and then the owner thought it would be good business to then tell me not to order pasta at their establishment anymore. And all the food was cold to begin with but I let that go because I got there about 20 minutes after it was done.

Ordered a pizza, pasta, and some brownies. One brownie looked like a rat had chewed on the edges but ate it anyway thinking it was because of the heat. About 2-4 hours later i started projective vomiting everywhere. It was all brown and chunky.
