I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your Domino’s location.
On December 13, 2025, around 11:54 AM, I placed an order in the lobby (Order #89, Register C). The estimated ready time was 12:04 PM.
When I asked a simple and reasonable question regarding my order, the cashier responded in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner. There was absolutely no justification for this behavior. I was calm, polite, and not demanding in any way.
Additionally, the employee was not wearing a name badge, which made it impossible to identify her at the time. To assist with identification, I would like to note that the cashier had a visible tattoo on her neck.
I have never experienced this level of hostility at Domino’s before. This interaction left a very negative impression and does not reflect the level of service customers should expect from your brand.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed seriously by management, that appropriate action be taken, and that I receive a response regarding the outcome of this complaint.

Ordered a delivery. After 30 mins called back to confirm order. I was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours although tracker showed they were working on my order. The person on the end of the phone then hung up on me when I was asking for clarification on order delivery. Never order again.

I don’t usually put negative reviews but I had to get this one. Ordered wings and they add extraaaaa sauce like they were mad at me of I don’t know. I went back there to mention it and the employee Ashley who had my order welcomed with a “ what’s wrong with the wings with an attitude “ and being rude. Ashley, an advice, if you don’t like your “Job” please quit it.

This is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever had. My pizza crust was thin like pita bread, barely any sauce, and for some odd reason they overloaded it with black pepper. Oh not to mention it looks like a caveman made it. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

After we placed our order we waited 30 minutes. No reply or update. We went in the store and were told someone had placed an order for 50 pizzas and do we’d have to wait. Ultimately they cancelled out our odd after we waited an HOUR. I wrote a complaint in the after order survey but never received any response. Messaged received: customer service and loyalty is not valued at the Crescent Springs KY is NOT valued.

Please please do not use this store. They are the absolute WORST!!! I placed an order for delivery online at 9:30 am to be delivered by 11:00 am. I get notification that the order was delivered and I didn’t receive anything. I called the store and they told me I put in a note that the order was being picked up so someone picked it up. I never did such a thing and they didn’t believe me. They passed the phone to some woman who was even more rude than the first gentleman. She HUNG UP ON ME!! I mean seriously, who does that?!! I had the order cancelled and will NEVER order from this store again!!

Never order from this dominos my mother ordered a XL buffalo chicken as well as a XL pepperoni we never got the pepperoni and received a bbq chicken. We were told they would deliver another pepperoni pizza and over 2 hours received nothing. I went to ask for a refund while being treated very rudely and was told I wouldn’t receive a refund because they only misplaced 1 pizza. Don’t ever go here because of the poor customer service, very nasty looking food, and the very rude workers.

Spent 80$ to feed 4 people and the food wasn’t even good. 3 different orders of wings were soggy with very little sauce. Both sandwiches were dry. The stuffed cheese bread and garlic twists were good.
