I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your Domino’s location.
On December 13, 2025, around 11:54 AM, I placed an order in the lobby (Order #89, Register C). The estimated ready time was 12:04 PM.
When I asked a simple and reasonable question regarding my order, the cashier responded in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner. There was absolutely no justification for this behavior. I was calm, polite, and not demanding in any way.
Additionally, the employee was not wearing a name badge, which made it impossible to identify her at the time. To assist with identification, I would like to note that the cashier had a visible tattoo on her neck.
I have never experienced this level of hostility at Domino’s before. This interaction left a very negative impression and does not reflect the level of service customers should expect from your brand.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed seriously by management, that appropriate action be taken, and that I receive a response regarding the outcome of this complaint.
