No bacon or extra cheese on pizza even though I paid extra for it. Immediately called upon arriving at home. Manager said she could remake the pizza no problem. I came back to the store and she wouldn’t give me the remade pizza without returning the one they messed up. She did not mention that on the phone. I record all of my phone calls and even played the call back for her.

We ordered about 50 dollars worth of food and the online wasn’t working it kept saying to contact the store. So i called and placed my order the stuffed cheese bread is really hard and my pizza was supposed to be the Buffalo chicken pizza with a couple modifications and my hoagie wasn’t supposed to have onions. Whoever took my order messed my order up and my father in law picked my food up and once he got home I noticed our food was made wrong. I called and kindly asked if they could just remake my pizza the way I asked for it to be made and to remake the stuffed cheese bread because I paid 50 dollars for this meal that wasn’t made correctly. I even said I would bring the food back up without it ate off of and the lady said since it wasn’t on the receipt the way I ordered it she won’t remake my pizza that she will only replace the stuffed cheese bread. Worst customer service and I definitely won’t return I’ll go to Papa John’s before I order from this place.

We ordered Wednesday and the food was good except our brookie was black. Hard as a rock, no way they missed it when cutting it, even the cuts were wonky. Two days later, today, we ordered again, my son has a friend sleeping over. The 16 piece loaded chicken bites I ordered came with nothing on them but some buffalo sauce and there were only 10 and cold and shriveled. The pizza was old and cold, it clearly hadn’t been made for our order. Their delivery times are quick, this pizza was hours old. The parm bites we ordered have almost no butter or Parm on them. We order pretty regularly, and this isn’t how they come usually. I called the store and a lady offered to send a new pizza and chicken bites. I thanked her and we hung up. Five minutes later, a man calls me from the store. He says, oh she was just trying to be nice, but we’re going to need to see and take the food back you got. Um, okay? He was rude about it. But no prob, cuz it’s not what we ordered and it was old. So they did send a new pizza and chicken, but we already had our dip and Parm bites for 45 min and I have two hungry teen boys waiting. Just over bad customer service and bad quality control from this location. When they get it right, it’s good. But they are hit or miss. When they don’t get it right, they’re usually rude about it. When the driver brought the new food and took the old, he wouldn’t even look at me when I was trying to get the manager’s name. He said, it’s either Mike or Dustin I think. You think? How do you not know your manager’s name? Anyway, avoid this location if you can.

They messed up our order completely and gave us a medium pizza instead of large and put Jalepeno peppers on everything when they weren’t ordered. It took 45 minutes waiting to pick up the initial order, 25 minutes on the phone with a screaming 5-year old who was having issues because the pizza was too hot even after pulling the Jalepenos off – and they refused to deliver the replacement items because we were a few blocks outside their delivery area. I had to drive to pick up the replacement items, and all they offered was a free 2-liter. The pizza quality wasn’t even that good, and for all of the hassle and the ruined evening, we will be going elsewhere in the future.

I live basically 5 minutes away from this Domino’s. Have my entire life just about. I order from them frequently, and I will say the quality of the food and the customer service changes as this location cycles through different rotations of staff members. I ordered late one night and placed a contactless delivery, meaning I did not want to see them face to face, NOT that they couldn’t contact me. Ordered $40 worth of food. Not a knock on my door, a call or text wasn’t sent to my phone either. Yes, I had wound up falling asleep waiting for my order and I woke up to it being scattered all over my porch. I also would’ve woken up to a knock on my door or my phone going off. Just saying. I tried to call the store to let them know and the manager I spoke to (Mike) refused to even listen to me and told me to call back and talk to the GM Mike. He tried to say no contact literally meant no contact of any kind, even calls or texts, when that’s not how that works at all. So thank you to the driver for taking the no contact protocol very seriously.

Giving this Domino’s the lowest score possible!!!! I’m so mad!!! First of all I got the cheese hot wings and there was barely any sauce! And then the only reason why I ordered from here was for the Cesar salad and guess what the guy brings me two garden salads that I can’t even eat because I’m highly allergic to tomatoes! So I decided okay whatever what about dessert. Now you know dang well you just should of remade them! The picture attached just speaks for itself! So if you’re in town or even live near this domino’s do me a favor and just don’t order there! Thank you Domino’s for making my night worse.

It was disappointing. I felt the vegetable toppings were very sparse and there was very little sauce. I ate one slice and I’ll probably throw out the rest. I felt I was wasted my money. The hoagie was good but I don’t think I will order from Domino’s again.
