Appreciate how fast and on point this location always is. Never had a wrong order and my son loves dominos so we go here a couple times a month- always have it correct and well made- always fresh and never wait more than a couple mins at the pick up window. The employees are always kind and quick too, never once had a poor experience. Even on a super busy night where there was a bengals game and they were slammed- the online order time showed 15 min wait but when I called they told me an hour but they’d try to get it quicker- I was fine to wait but ended up being ready in 20 mins instead. Only location I’ll go to.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would but Google doesn’t allow that. Placed an order at 2pm today for delivery and it took 2 hrs to receive it. Never in my life have I had a pizza order anywhere take that long. The online tracker gave a 25-40 min time frame which is fairly normal. The only reason we got our food is cause we called and complained we hadnt received it yet. The food arrived cold and almost none of the pizzas where even cut. This ruined my kids birthday party. Made me as the host look like a fool. All the store would offer to correct the situation was plates napkins. The had the audacity to ask if we wanted to add two liters or wings to the order. My kids was left alone all her friends left cause the party was over before we even received the food. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to order from here. Now excuse my while I go console my daughter who is upset and embarrassed.

Ordered and waited to leave until tracker said order is ready. Upon arrival informed that they made a mistake and it would be an additional 20 minutes to make the order. Due to personal reasons I could not wait an additional 20 minutes. Did not offer discount. They did apologize for the mistake which is really good for our current culture.

Very disappointed. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the app or the service but I placed an order at 9:50 p.m. with an expected time of 20 minutes. I went to the store to pick up the order and waited outside until 10:10 before asking about my order at the pickup window. The lady at the window was kind, but informed me it would be another hour before my order could be filled. I asked for my order to be cancelled and she listened, but after waiting nearly half an hour, I was extremely disappointed I hadn’t been notified sooner. I left with no food and 30 minutes of my life gone that I’ll never get back.

I ordered a chicken habanero sandwich and it was very plain it literally had two VERY SMALL DOTS OF SAUCE ON IT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED I WAS TOLD 15 MINUTES BUT I CAME BACK 20 25 MINUTES LATER AND STILL HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER THE TIME BEFORE THAT THE SAME ORDER AND I WAS TOLD 15 MINUTES 3 DIFFERENT TIMES BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER I EAT AT DOMINO’S A LOT I LOVE THE FOOD BUT LATELY IT’S BEEN HORRIBLE THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE IF THE WEATHER WASN’T AS BAD AS IT WAS I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT MY ORDER BACK TO THE STORE AND EITHER GOT A REFUND OR MY ORDER REPLACED

Ordered a few times from here. Associates are good usually and great sometimes. But toppings skimpy, especially cheese.
Last two orders were with paid extra cheese, and had less than I would expect from a regular pizza without extra cheese. Bad form!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered over 60 dollars worth of food and gave a 10 dollar tip. All to be disappointed again. I will never order from this Domino’s again. The last time I ordered I had issues I waited a few months and decided to order again and I ordered some pasta and I got maybe 15 to 20 pieces of pasta with a little bit of salsa that’s not even enough to feed my 5-year-old let alone a grown me or woman for that matter. I called them up they were very disrespectful and I told them that I wanted my money back for just the pasta everything else was okay and they said they would send a driver out to get it soon I decided instead of waiting I was going to take it back to the store cuz I had to go that way anyway they offered to remake it for me instead of giving me my money back I said okay decided to give him another chance and I was disappointed again. The manager didn’t think that I seen him and two of the other employees pointing and laughing as I was getting into my car. But that’s okay I will never ever recommend anyone go to this restaurant. If I’m going to spend money like that again I’ll order from LaRosa’s at least I really do get my money’s worth there and the quality is better.
