Ordered 5 pizza for my employees, they were over cooked, dry, and seemed old. They forgot our 2- liters, guy went back to get them 30 mins passed, team ate, still no drinks. Called to complain but the phones are not working! Businesses as such make it harder to tip up front. Delivery driver was very nice but never came back with our drinks. Team didn’t want the burnt dry pizza. So sad. Do better Dominoes. I will be in the store about my replacement pizzas and drinks. $100 order of trash is crazy work in this economy!

Am a regular customer at this location. Ordered my pizza on line like always and went to pick it up and they gave my pizza to someone else and gave their food to me. The customer that took my pizza hadn’t even payed for what they bought. So my wife had to sit and wait another 30 minutes for the correct preset. No mention of a free pizza or refund or apology

I love that my review was deleted. They’ve consistently gotten every order I’ve made incorrect. This includes putting things on that I told them not to because I am deathly allergic which means they’ve almost killed me multiple times. The last time I tried to order I ordered an hour before they were closing and they did not make the order at all waited until 5 minutes till close then canceled my order leaving my money in limbo for 2 to 5 business days so I couldn’t even order other food somewhere else in the morning.

My issue is they tell you when the driver leaves store-why has it been 45 minutes and no pizza. This store sends out barely cooked pizzas that are cold when they finally arrive.

Employees an management staff are very rude!! Cut you off in mid sentence hangs up on you gets attitude just ridiculous customer service. I ordered two pizzas one pan an one stuff crust two orders of bread bites the receipt clearly said stuff crust but yet when it arrived they were both pan pizzas cut horribly an threw in the box. I call back to explain the problem an am told the manager is busy but I can help little young girl tells me they’ll send a replacement I’m like ok great…..35 min go by still no pizza I call again to see what’s going on finally get a manager who knew nothing of what was going on an told me they would put it in now but it would be 35-45 minutes wait at that point it had been almost two hours an I still didn’t have dinner I just told them to put my money back forget it!! My advice get dinner somewhere else it would definitely be alot faster thank God my kids weren’t home tonight needing to eat dinner!!! Very angry horrible service I won’t be back

ordered for a birthday party ahead of time hoping that I could have pizza at the party on time. when I arrive they said it would be just one minute. then they said that they made a mistake and need to make a pizza again. Pizza was late for the birthday party, the two other pizzas sat in the window dying for 10 min. they said not to worry, pizzas will last in the heat lamp for 30 minutes! Will not trust this business again

I was staying at a hotel in Lexington and decided to get a pizza after a long day at a local hospital. Walked in and placed my order and had my pizza brought out to my car within 13 minutes. Very nice people, excellent service.

Been very disappointed on the last few times that I had delivered from the store delivery time is always long and they always forget something in my order tonight. They forgot to bring a 20 ounce soda and a marinara cup myself have worked for Domino’s and I know that this is un susceptible that their customers Are the most important people to them very disappointed they are supposed to allegedly bring me a 20 ounce soda and a marinara cup. I am waiting as we speak. also ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold allegedly a man got on the phone and would not tell me his name so I could properly introduce myself to him so I introduced myself to him anyway I called back just wanting a refund for my soda marinara and he is going to get it out to me allegedly.. after 30 minutes, I called back actually got on the phone with the manager that just took over the Shift name Chris very professional nice guy told me that they actually lied to me and that wasn’t even sending nothing over what he can find out. Nothing was scheduled to be brought back to my house. Chris resolved my order and gave me a refund. Thanks Chris at Domino’s.

I ordered my pizza square cut with extra sauce and cheese. You can tell by my picture that I got none of those. I ordered parmesan bites with the 5 cheese dip. You can see in the picture that the bottom layer of cheese is definitely not melted, but still in it’s cold, shredded form. The garlic parmesan wings just had random squirts of sauce on them. But hey, my parmesan bread bites were okay . Time to switch back to Papa John’s. Y’all failed me too many times.

Do not eat here!!!! the employees are rude my food was wrong ! I order wings and a pizza and the wings wasn’t made like I asked and they was hot wings and they mixed bbq sauce in the wings with the hot sauce then when I called to talk to someone about it …. Sha a worker hung up on me I don’t recommend anyone eating here ! And I’m allergic to bbq sauce and they wouldn’t give me my money back they wanted to give me a credit which I shouldn’t need it when I asked for my money back
