Ordered a pizza and the tracker said it was leaving the store at 6:21pm. The store is 2 miles from my house. When it had been an hour I called. Person on The phone said they had something break on the pizza oven. It took the driver an hour and 10 mins to deliver my pizza. Dominos has been my go to for pizza for a lot of years. The last two times I’ve had pizza delivered it’s taken way too long to arrive. Im disappointed. The pizza and other items I ordered were cold when they finally arrived. You all have to do better. I understand this store is short staffed, and I get it. But 2 hours and 10 mins for a delivery is crazy.

By far the worst Domino’s pizza I’ve ever ordered from. My order is never cooked correctly. Last time we ordered it took the driver 3 different attempts to bring us the right food because the staff couldn’t follow directions on what ingredients to put on the pizza. After placing order it took almost 3 hours and 3 pizzas made wrong before I got what I ordered. I wish I could pick which store delivered to my address but unfortunately I can’t.

I ordered and the track app said that it was a few minutes out. When it didn’t arrive, I called the store And they said that the driver was right around the corner. It still didn’t arrive. I called the store for over an hour and my mom called for over 40 minutes and nobody answered. I feel like they stole from me. I didn’t get my food or my money back.

First Experience 2/5 stars: Ordered at 8:28. followed up over the phone twice about the status of the order and was told it was on its way both times. I received the order at approximately 9:50 (almost an hour and half later). The order was utterly incorrect with the wrong size pizza, missing toppings, none of the ordered sauce, and the wrong side dish. Very disappointing usage of $42. The only reason I haven’t rated 1 star is because the general manager chose to deliver the order personally. Do not bother responding to this review, I am not interested in ordering from this location any longer.
Edit: The general manager offered me a replacement order and the food I received met my expectations so I’ve updated my review to 4/5 stars to reflect the customer service I received.

Sad! I spend almost 48.00 on pizza to feed my family! I asked for the pizza to be well done! When I picked it up! They had trouble getting it out of the pan! Said pan was not buttered, I asked is that well done the guy said yeah! Bullshit! When I got home starting serving my family, I grabbed 1 piece and it broke right inhave! The pizza was raw doughy soggy disgusting! Honestly I will never come back to the lane Allen location! I had to stick the pizza in my oven and cook the while middle of the pizza!

I have used this location for 13 years and have always had positive results for the most part. However, today, after waiting almost an hour for two pizzas to be delivered, I finally just drove to the store. I was acknowledged by no one, a red haired lady employee was talking on the phone with someone. I asked her about my order to which her reply was that it was in the oven. She seemed to be too busy with her phone conversation to even realize that in fact the pizza’s were already on the rack. A delivery driver came in and saw them and gave them to me. I was told by him that “She” was the manager. I informed him that she was extremely rude. There were no apologies made nor was I refunded the roughly $10.00 I had already paid for delivery and tip. Both pizzas were mediocre with very little cheese and the thin crust burnt around the edges. She “Manager” should be folding boxes or maybe cleaning the facility as she certainly is not good for your business.
