I made an order online around 9:15AM for a 11:45AM delivery for two pizzas + some bread bites. They were not able to deliver it until 2:15PM. When I called, the manager said that they were short staffed. Once it was out for delivery, she could not find our location, so she marked it as delivered. When I called back to locate the food, I did opt for the pizza to be delivered so that my guests had lunch. I accepted the cold pizza, and they re-delivered it. It tasted fine, but the overall experience could have been better. If you cannot fulfill the request, it would have been communicated that it would not arrive for two hours, so that I could have adjusted my plans. I understand that the public high school is a big vendor so you must prioritize one driver for that, but it might be beneficial to staff additional drivers for a campus location.
Domino’s does offer delivery insurance, but this was 20% off your next order.

Everyone must be new. After 20min trying i was able to place a phone order for italian sausage and mushroom on a handtossed crust. They added extra cheese to the point it ruined it. I ate some of it cause i was so hungry, but it was hard to eat because id puck it up by the crust and it would sag from combo of not being cooked thoroughky and a pound of cheese. Second bad experience with this store lately.

I was upset that my order was getting late, however, there was a mistake and the general manager herself drove the pizza to me. That is certainly going above and beyond! And in these snowy conditions. She also refunded me and gave me a credit. She was incredibly kind and one of the hardest workers I’ve met in a long time. They are low on staff but are building staff, so try to be patient. This certainly wowed me.

I have eaten at this location before with no problems. However, this past Thursday (Nov 13th) we ordered a pepperoni pizza. I noticed the dough seemed sort of doughy, like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Well I should have listened to my instincts because 2 ER visits later, day 4 without eating or drinking because I puke everything back up. Highly do NOT recommend eating here or any other Domino’s, lest you get the worst food poisoning of your life.

Genuinely such a frustrating experience! I try to treat myself after a long day at work and get served cold pizza that is no longer fresh.
I ordered a delivery pizza which then ended up taking an hour after cooking to deliver. My pizza was no longer fresh and I am super upset.
The lack of efficiency and urgency to deliver to customers is something this location really needs to work on. I live two minutes away, a quick trip, that could’ve been done when my pizza was still hot and fresh. Instead, it took almost an hour for it to deliver after being on the “double checking your order is perfect” screen. Just tired, disappointed, and want my money back.
Don’t deliver from here.

We had ordered 3 custom larges with specific items because in our household, one person has a food allergy to nitrates. One pizza had under cooked crust. All the pizzas were missing the Philly Steak. Instead of calling us to let us know they were out of philly steak, the store decided to dump bacon crumble all over the 3 pizzas. The bacon was not ordered as one of the 7 ingredients. This caused our one person who has the food allergy to carefully try to pick off all this bacon crumble. Fortunately, she didn’t become sick. Having under cooked dough in the crust is a health issue. I didn’t noticed this until I had eaten 2 slices. Since that lady manager left for a different store & this new guy had taken over, their pizza is now a “non-order” place for me anymore. I tried to call the store but it seems their phone number goes to the Corporate HQ & their AI bot answers. When it cannot handle my request, it transfers me to the actual store which is perpetually busy. I do not recommend ordering from here. Choose a different store if you want a Dominoes pizza. You health is at risk. I will be ordering from here on out from a different pizza place.

I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with extra cheese and the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread. Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through but tasted pretty good. I thought it could use some more cheese because I paid for extra. The stuffed cheese bread was really greasy. Overall it was good but not great.

Idk about the atmosphere, but this location definitely skimped on the sauce compared to my usual Clays Mill location. The driver was super nice, but the pizza just didn’t taste the same. I’ve been on the Philly cheese steak viral box lately with the Parmesan crusted dough.

They hire a tow truck to sit around their parking lot all day to poach anyone that just so happens to park there by mistake. It seems predatory and does not sit well with me. I will never give this location my business.
