When you order online it says your food goes through a “quality check”. There have been far too many times where the food either isn’t checked or the employees just don’t care. I ordered the Buffalo chicken pasta and waited over 30 minutes for it to get done when the time tracker said it would only take 15 minutes. I picked it up at the window and take it home to eat when it was finally done. I don’t remember the name of the guy that fixed my order but it was after 8:15pm when I got it and took it home. This is what I got. It was so burnt that I couldn’t even scrape it off the pan. I called to talk to a manager and she said they wouldn’t delivery me a new one and I would have to drive all the way back to them to get a replacement. Her excuse for the “quality” of my food was that “they were really busy”. I’m sorry, you are paid to do a job and part of that job is “quality check” so your customers aren’t getting burnt food. I highly recommend all of the employees are retrained in what “quality check” means and make sure the food is of a “quality” they would eat themselves. It would be really nice if the general manager was actually reading these complaints and doing something about their people not caring.

Not a happy customer. I ordered online. For 15 min it said on the app that Peyton was prepping my food. I came in at 15 min. Figured it may be a few more min. Well they couldn’t find a order for Wilcox. The 2 guys was like we don’t have it. I said you should! Let me get my phone. It said Peyton 18 min ago started prep. I got my cell and showed them. They proceeded to say Oh yeah we got slammed and we aint made it yet…. im confused. But ok. They proceeded to make it. However they were not nice and were kind rude. No apologies for it not going in. Very very poor customer service. I should expect that by now in Versailles. It’s most of these young kids working. They don’t have manners. I test them all. I say thank you and please and 99% of the time in Versailles you get no response. So it’s typical Versailles, I guess.
Manager said they are training and offered me a soda. She was assertive telling me. New kid shows up ans says I got you loaded just now. That is at 6:20. So it’s now been 35 min and my food just went in the over.

Food was left under a heat lamps for almost an hour. Delivery was 35 minutes late and driver was rude. Will absolutely never order here again.

Called for carry out order, when I arrived I was told it wasnt ready. It was a Friday night and was busy. Drove around again but asked park and they would bring out.
Nick brought out my order. The pizza and cheese bread were hot and he apologized and offered a 2 liter for out inconvenience.
I appreciate his gesture and his attention to customer service.

I signed up on line to order the 6.99 pizza special. The order failed and I was told to call to place my order. The girl who answered was very helpful and friendly plus she fixed the price for the 2 pizzas like the on line price
