One of the worst locations of Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been. We ordered lemon pepper(barely have any flavor), mango habanero( first got wrong flavor) the cheese burger was average. It’s located conveniently in Emory village. Sadly it’s not well maintained. Soda machine was out of ice, out of Dr Pepper, was running out of Pepsi zero. And for being a wing shop, they don’t have any available napkins dispenser at all in the restaurant. We had to resort to use paper towel from the restroom. And the restrooms were not clean either. Staff didn’t seem to care. Can’t recommend anyone to face the same faith as we did.

I really appreciate the service I received from the one employee who was working at the time. When I initially called to place an order due to a failure with the app, the gentleman who answered placed me on hold for so long I hung up and tried placing a web order which was successful.
When I got to the restaurant I noticed he was working alone…performing a three / four person job: taking orders, preparing and delivering food, answering the phone, cleaning up after patrons. If the business cared about the safety and wellbeing of its employees, they should immediately address their staffing issues. When I got home, I realized there were two problems with my order. Some of the wing sauces and side orders were incorrect. Even though I appreciated the quality of the food, it wasn’t what I ordered. I blame management! The young man did what he could with the resources he was given. His paycheck should reflect the work of 4 people.

I made an order over the phone for pick up made sure the order was repeated back to me. Pick up the food and returned to work only to see I didn’t get what I ordered. I called the store and the girl who took my order answered I explained what happened and she basically disregarded they messed up my order. N told me she trying to understand what I want them to do and put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she told me bring back the food after work I told her that defeats the purpose of my lunch and she said well sorry I can’t help you. I will NEVER eat from that wild wings again. I order boneless and received traditional after repeating my order

The wings were gross. The lemon pepper wings were ordered dry but they were desiccated and just sprinkled with generic lemon pepper seasoning. The “saucy” chicken sandwich came with no sauce. You can see the celery in the picture. Ridiculous and overpriced garbage.

Just placed an order online and half the order is missing! And of course, no one is answering the phone. And you can’t report an issue on their own app.
Will never be ordering online from this location again. What a waste of money!
Edit: I followed the instructions below and it’s been two weeks and have heard nothing.

Lady at front counter hands out order to wrong person. Makes me wait and stand there. She proceeds to lie to me about the order system being different at their restaurant. They see which dasher comes in and what they look like to pick up the order so clearly a lie. Unprofessional and honestly super rude.
