Pizza was flat, over cooked, that black char is Philly steak meat… so black it was crunchy but the kids didn’t care bc they were hungry and I didn’t feel like wasting more fuel to go 20miles one way to fix a problem that probably wouldn’t have been fixed. Do better

It was unfortunate that the cashier was not facing the direction of where people were coming in so he did not notice our presence. We did notice that he was picking his teeth with his fingernails. He walked away and proceeded to get out his phone until a team member redirected him. At this time he did greet us processed our take out order, he did ask if we need a paper plates and napkins we suggest. He did not was nor sanitizes hands during the entire experience which is protocol after touching face, hair, etc. However kind of grossed out by the experience. We did wipe down our pizza box and some other items with sanitizer wipes prior to consuming. The picture speaks for itself the product was actually pretty good although we don’t feel it was well done as ordered. We will definitely check out other choices before coming back.

We’ve lived in Georgetown for a little over 2 years and never really had dominos at the top of our list. After trying this one when we first got here, it was about the same as others, but would occasionally get an unacceptable order. Undercooked, incorrect or sloppy. However within the last few months, they are under new management and man what a difference. We have had some of the best chain pizza we have ever had in the last couple months. We try to only eat out on the weekends and I’m not joking when I say we order from this store every weekend. I don’t usually post reviews (although I should), but I felt this store deserved a little credit for their improvements and dedication to the brand. Ordered spinach and feta got a burnt floppy husk of a bread. Then they sent a replacement out and it was also burnt and they put less cheese on it we give up just leave a review hope the right person sees it

Every pizza I order from this place is skimpy and has no cheese. Considering it’s the worst pizza place in Georgetown, I would expect better. It’s close to my house, so I decided to oder tonight for the first time in a while. But it was pathetic.

Pizza was fine— standard Domino’s veggie pizza. However, the parmesan bread bites had no seasoning on them, just dry chunks of bread. Leestown Road consistently does these right. That’s my usual location, but I just happened to be in Georgetown. Won’t be back to this Domino’s.

Team member she was very rude. We had a birthday party for my son and ordered pizza that came up to $61 i paid for it whatever then realized i could’ve used the deals that they have, we don’t eat dominos a lot. First she gets an attitude with my mom then i go to get my refund and she has one with me. Saying “you need to ask for the specials before you do all of this” very rude and unprofessional behavior. It’s just a refund. Food was hot and great though

Terrible customer service. The manager is incompetent. After calling in and explaining the app doesn’t allow you to add something that doesn’t already come on the food item in question. They said they could add it. Then when came to pick up was informed I have to do this on the app. When I’ve already explained you cant do that.

Ordered and got a call 45 minutes later telling me they were backed up and it was going to be another hour before they could give me my pizza. It’s not ok to accept an order, then call the customer back 45 minutes later and tell you that ya going to be at least an hour. It was a 70$ order they missed out on and left me and my family hungry. Won’t deal with the Georgetown dominos again. They didn’t even offer to make it right.
