The food taste goodin general but they made a bunch of mistakes and the lady at the register was rude, she asked for the name for the order and then cut me off and said she had to help other people first in a snotty way even though she acknowledged that my order was ready and it was my turn in line, which is fine I could get past that. But when I got home I realized they gave me icing instead of ranch so my kids were upset- we did not order anything that requires icing. They cut it super wonky so that half the pizza was giant slices and then there was teeny tiny ones in the middle, and the stuffed cheesy bread was about half the width of what it should be I got two of them one was normal and one was tiny. I’ve been here several times and never had any problems until now whoever these new people you hired are definitely the problem

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just ordered a pizza from Domino’s, and what I received was beyond unacceptable. When I opened the box, it looked like the driver had either dropped it or tossed it around for fun. The pizza was a complete mess, with the toppings all over the place and the crust folded and smashed. I didn’t even recognize it as a pizza at first.
To make things worse, I had also ordered a soda, which I never received. The driver casually told me they were “out of soda.” But when I called the store to confirm, I was told they did have soda. So, either the driver lied, or they just didn’t care enough to fulfill my order properly.
When I called to complain, it only got worse. They left me waiting on the line for 20 minutes before I had to hang up and call again. When I finally got through, the lady had the nerve to tell me that she had already informed me that I would receive a new pizza — which was a complete lie. She never told me anything. I had to call back again just to get someone to talk to me.
This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is appalling. I paid for a service and product that was completely ruined, and instead of fixing the problem, they brushed it off like it didn’t matter.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s, and I will not be ordering from them again. If you’re considering ordering from this location, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

I thought if we did carry-out, I’d get what I ordered. Last time I ordered, it was delivered to another address. This time, it’s just wrong. I don’t like thin crust pizza, or hand tossed. That’s why I specifically order pan pizza. It’s thick & the crust & cheese that touches the pan has just enough crunch. For some reason, I keep getting regular hand tossed instead of what I ordered. And what do you do when you have 3 hungry children who’ve been asking when they are going to eat? They don’t care about the crust, as long as it’s some kind of crust, with pepperoni & melted cheese, they are happy. But I’m really about to just let Domino’s go & find a new pizzeria. 3 strikes, in a row! 3 different chances & none of them accurate. I’m spending my money. I want what I paid for. That’s how it’s supposed to be.

I got my pizza pretty fast, just to find out that it was made incorrectly. However, the young lady who greeted me and Jacob were extremely professional about it and offered to fix the mistake and made me a new pizza. I was very pleased and I will be back.

I have been going there for years but August the 8th , 7 pm , I went in to pick up my order. Lady told me it is in the oven waited for one hour standing there , and all of a sudden they started screaming and yelling because the whole pizza burned in the ovens cz nobody paid attention. They started tossing all the orders in the trash , and I approached and asked again “where is my order?” , and she goes, “it is in the oven” , so I left without getting my order though I waited more than an hour. There were like 5 employees but doing nothing just buzz-walking up and down.

This has got to be the worst experience of my life I ordered my pizza for me and my diabetic mother online at 8:42 p.m. I am writing this review at 10:12 p.m. because we still have yet to receive our pizza. One damn pizza! I have called the store twice only to be told that our pizza is being made and now that it’s being delivered. This pizza still has not arrived at our house. When you call you can’t speak to anybody there’s no manager available so what do I do about this? I want my damn money back

This is my second time ordering a pizza from Domino’s at this location. The first time I ordered a pizza and the pizza never arrived the second time the same thing happened. I ordered a pizza and the pizza never arrived. They charged my card and it never came. I have pictures. I ordered the pizza at 10:55. I got a text message at like 2:30 in the morning saying the driver was on the way I have videos of me opening my door. There’s no pizza at around 12:30 AM. I woke up today. There was a Domino’s Pizza box outside whoever delivered. It must’ve noticed that I had camera on my door so they tried to sneak and deliver it. Pizza wasn’t even mine. I hate mushrooms. There was mushrooms on his pizza. The wings that I ordered weren’t even the same wings like what type of business are they running? this needs to be investigated either somebody in there working is on drugs or they just very unprofessional.
