So they have a super Saturday where you can get a one topping medium pizza for $4.99. Well, those pizzas must be from two weeks ago. They were dry, terrible, no cheese, chewy. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. If I’d known, I would have paid regular price and got a fresh pizza.

This is by far the busiest pizza shop I’ve seen anywhere. Ordered 5 large online for pickup. They were ready in less than 20 minutes. I love watching the kitchen from the front counter. This store is a fine run machine. Workers were quiet and very busy making dozens of pizzas on this rainy Saturday night. They were all business. Well done night crew!

Terrible customer service in the evening. Left us waiting for 10+ minutes at the window and then didn’t greet us, just asked for the name. Went to grab boxes that had been staring back at us the whole wait. Brings them back and hands them to us without a word.

The person I interacted with was awesome! It was a drive-thru but I had not called in to place an order however I was waiting for the window which wasn’t the correct one. She came out and explained the situation and said she would beat me to the other side and take my order. I said ok. When we met again on the other side I explained there was a nice lady on the other side who said I should come to this window. Upon which she said “she was nice?” Very I said and she said “that’s interesting because she usually isn’t.” We both laughed and enjoyed the conversation and transaction for the pizza I didn’t need.

Order here all the time. Food is always ready when they say and I’ve never had an issue with an order.
The only reason i gave 4 stars is that this last time i went in to get the food as opposed to using the drive through window. While the guy that checked me out was both polite and helpful, I especially didn’t like standing there listening to the guy behind him say f this and f that. And the fact that he saw me and still didn’t care i thought was odd.

This is my favorite dominos on the coast. Amazing and service. I’ve had numerous problems with every other location in Gulfport but this one. They have always given me my pizza on time and they are extremely nice upon pickup. Pizza is always hot and delicious! I recommend the Chicken Parm oven Baked Sandwich!

Mixup on App Order on my part. Go-worker went to pick up and it was under my given first name and not my middle name as she knows me, so no order was there under that name.Of course no one thought to go by last name? Surely this has happened before? A phone call to their Sister location proved to be MOST uncaring or helpful and reprimanded me for calling a second time by mistake. A kind word and being helpful would go along way for this location. A call to the correct location was very helpful with all ending well.
