I am SO TIRED of the Dominoes in Columbia, Ms. I ordered a thin crust, light sauce, pepperoni, sausage and beef with a pie cut. Firstly they NEVER cut it right. This time they BURNED it and the only edible part was the center pieces (which are there because they DIDN’T cut it right AGAIN!) The pepperoni are adequate however the sausage is skimpy and there’s NO beef. There’s 3 of us in our household and I’m “outvoted” on who to get pizza from. (3-4 x a month). Either start READING THE ORDER or find someone who will. Very Disappointed (yet again)

I love using Domino’s app. Times are difficult these days, and I have to try to save money. So the app gets five stars.
When it comes to service, atmosphere, and food quality, my ratings will vary depending on which crew is there. I have noticed that whenever Edmond is working, that shift produces a quality product. A few times, Edmund has told me that the pizza is having to be remade because it did not pass the quality check. I am not mad about that at all. In fact, that in itself is impressive . It tells me that crew takes pride in the quality of the food. And usually the freshly made replacement pizza comes out quickly.
Let’s talk about customer service. Sometimes a gentleman named Edmund is at the drive up window. That guy knows how to greet and take care of customers. It is very rare to see that these days. I don’t know anything about the guy except that his name is Edmund and he has great people skills. And whichever crew works the same night as Edmund, they are killing it. They produce a great product. So, on the nights that Edmund and that crew are there, my ratings change to 5 stars on food, service and atmosphere.
Nothing wrong with the other crew, they do a good job as well.

So I have bought a lot of dominos through the years and it’s been hit or miss but mostly a hit. I have noticed when I redeemed rewards the pizza is subpar and again this pizza is uncooked and rushed! I hate raw veggies thrown on top after the fact and not cooked! This is all the time and unsatisfying from a seasoned pizza place like dominoes. I have had my fill and will go to other places that still take pride in the pizza they build and serve to customers. Rush it dominoes and make that dough!

I’ve heard bad stories about this Dominos, but after about 40 times ordering here, I seriously have not had an issue.
The food is great and it’s available at quite the bargain when you order in the app with discounts.
They just fixed there phone to start working again too. Honestly, just expect a daily on a weekend night but all other hours should be zippy. I’d recommend on a budget every time.

Tried dominos after two years hoping it would have changed, was surprised when they did pick up the phone. Guy is really nice and worked with him in the past, but order was two hours later. Tried to call back 5 times to cancel, we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut after an hour and a half knowing food would be cold from dominos. No one ever picked up. Which is how is usually is. Delivery driver was a very nice guy. Food wasn’t totally cold but was old. It was almost a 40 dollar order with a five dollar tip. We just wanted to cancel, but couldn’t. Last time ordering with the Columbia store. Before this, either no one would ever answer the phone, or they’d say they could deliver and take your order and the food simply never came, or they said they couldn’t deliver so you had to pick up- no problem, but when you came to pick it up, no one would come to the drive through window. So multiple people had to back up behind each other, park, and everyone go inside, and then wait an additional half hour.
I understand stores get busy, it’s no problem at all. But it isn’t that the dominos is always slammed. Just seems like no one looks after this store what so ever. Enough for me to finally say something, because it’s wild you can’t get someone to answer the phone to cancel the order at all

Handicap unfriendly! Told them I couldn’t see and needed help. Described the hot dip option and asked was that what I was ordering. Got there and it was not. Was told I hadn’t ordered it after being told they didn’t have such a thing on the menu. I felt embarrassed and made fun of and treated like a liar. I will never go back here

I ordered and paid for 6 Dipping cups! There were no dipping cups… 0 dipping cups! I paid $5.94 plus tax FOR NO dipping cups And, let’s add the cost of the BURNED pizza…$23.99 plus tax!
We will NEVER order anything from Dominoes again!

We placed an order around 10pm for delivery and we waited till 11 with no response. Then we went to the store and the person just said “we have no delivery drivers”. It would be nice to have a text or courtesy call before hand.
They tried to send a text when we were in the store to act like they sent something but they obviously didn’t. Don’t expect much from this little dirt town domino’s.
