I’m in the service industry as well I’m a bartender and I’ve worked Togo and delivery driver for a restaurant and fast food business. I understand if tickets get to be too much, but I placed an order at 12:51 a.m. , and I called the store at 1:37 to make sure my order was being delivered after 2 tries of them not picking someone did answer, and said.”The food would be ready in an hour did I still want it.” I responded with said “yes,” and it’s currently 3:13 in the morning and no response, or update on the app about my delivery. Yesterday, the same issue occurred. I understand understaffing or no delivery driver, but better communication is crucial. I wouldn’t leave a one-star review with better communication.

I have placed multiple orders from this establishment for my student organization for southern Miss campus. I have been able to get a discount every time I have ordered. When I placed an order for our previous meeting, I was told that whoever has been giving me these discounts wasn’t supposed to. Before I was in the club, we have been getting discounts for our meetings YEARS beforehand. When I called again to reduce my order so I wasn’t paying $250 for 15 pizzas for a nonprofit organization, I was told that couldn’t happen and the woman who spoke to me on the phone was very unprofessional. I ended up speaking to a manager who reduce my order to 11 pizzas for $96, which was great! But unfortunately we are upset we were not provided the discount as previous.

I contacted the store after getting home with a carryout order to inform them that neither of my pizzas had any garlic sauce seasoning on them. The manager, Taylor, suggested that I bring them back so it could be corrected after checking my order and seeing that I did not request that change. I informed him that I couldn’t come back and he said there was nothing else they could do. So, I asked could it be brought to me and he answered yes if I paid a $6 fee. How is the customer responsible for the workers mistake? I’ve worked in customer service and food service for many years and have never seen a less apologetic manager. Very poor customer service. Will not return. If I wanted a regular pizza, there’s plenty other options in Hattiesburg I could have patronized.

This is the absolute worst dominos I have ever been to. I placed my order online for delivery at 6:53. After an hour I called the store 3 times no one ever answered the phone. So I drive up there. An hour and 10 mins. Later they haven’t even started making my pizza I wish I could give them zero stars

I had an issue with my pizza last night. I order from here once a week or more, and have never had an issue until now. This manager offered to fix the problem immediately, and I am so appreciative of that. I had ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon, and the pizza was dry+I didn’t get the bacon. I also ordered a Meatza and it had a weird chemical taste, which ended up making me puke. As soon as I was on the phone with the manager, he apologized and told me they would remake my order. I ended up getting caught up in a severe thunderstorm walking home with the pizzas, but I put a couple of the soggy pieces in the air fryer and they crisped right back up. Both slices were absolutely amazing, and I will definitely keep ordering from here.

If you guys from the store actually see this review, y’all are doing awesome!! 10/10 and I hope to land a job there!

Purchased this pizza for my parents. Called and spoke to the Manager, Allen regarding this roach that crawled off a slice of pizza. Fortunately my dad hadn’t bitten into it. He says they cannot have a peat problem because they get sprayed monthly. Well, you see the roach, right? Didn’t offer a refund. He offered me another pizza…I don’t think so. GROSS.

This location has a great manufacturing process. The pizza was delicious.

They are TERRIBLE at customer service. We walked into the restaurant and stood at the counter for several minutes. There were six employees working at the counter preparing orders. The person boxing the fresh pizzas was closest to us. I asked, after several minutes without being greeted, “should I order online or something?” The person boxing pizzas spoke up. He said, “you can order at the counter but I’m busy.” Then he went back to his task. Another person from further in the store left their station to take our order. We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. The screen in the lobby showed my name at each stage of the process. When it turned green and said ready, I went back to the counter. Again, I was not greeted. I spoke up and said, “I’m picking up for Cam.” The person boxing pizzas responded, “it’s still in the oven.” So the sign clearly isn’t accurate. I placed my order at 7:28. We got our pizza after 7:50.

Customer service is an essential part of the food service business. Very disappointed in this experience.

Complete trash is what this place has became. Worth the extra 15 minutes to go to the other side of town to get it from the neighboring dominos. 2 times now in a row I’ve ordered food and it’s been cold when I got it and they use the excuse we have a high volume right now we haven’t even started on your order yet, then why was it cold when I received it? And this second time if it takes 45 minutes to make 1 pizza you need to reevaluate who you have making those pizzas. It’s not hard to cook a pizza. Oh I also walked in and 90% of the staff was standing around just chit chatting in a big circle giggling and laughing. I get having a good time at work we all should and most do. But let’s understand that work still needs to be done and completed in timely manners. Get the kids outta here and get some adults in here that’ll work

Unfortunately they want me to leave one before I receive any such service.

I want 100% would take back all 30% if i could.

I don’t understand why I’m required to list the room number of my hotel if the driver is “not allowed” to go up to the room.

According to the driver, Noah A, it’s Dominos rules. And never in my years of travel has this ever been a thing. Definitely going with any other chain going forward.
