I ordered a gluten free pizza with 3 meats. Mind you, I order this regularly in my home state; however, the product that was given to me, included a pizza smaller than you would purchase from the grocery store and more expensive than the domino’s pizza in my home state (this was with a coupon too). The tiny pizza had 3-5 pieces of sausages, 6 pieces of 2 mm sized bacon flakes and 1-2 pepperoni per slice. It was the most scant pizza I’ve ever purchased. I immediately asked for and received a refund. When asked about the poor quality of product, I was informed that they always make their pizzas like that. There must be an issue with management because the product I receive in my home state is full of meat and actually bigger than what they are serving. I will never purchase from domino’s in this area again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We’ve waited over an hour for our pizza. It was $31 and they won’t answer the phone. Just hanging up on us. Says the driver left at 5:14 we ordered at 4:20 it is now 5:52. My grandmother is blind and can not drive, we don’t have a car here either. Horrible service. The main thing is that they won’t answer.

I ordered online through the app. When i went to pick up my order, i pulled up to the pickup window, and no one came to the window. I called their phone number but no answer! This is why apps aren’t always good. After sitting here 10 minutes someone finally magically appeared. Nothing fast about this fast food business.

Took a break from a long drive and stayed at a hotel fir the night. I was a little tired so I ordered a Pizza, salad, hot wings, chicken Alfredo and a lava cake. I didn’t wait long for it get delivered but when I got it, my lava cake was missing. I called the number back and he tranfered me to the store who made my order. It rang for awhile then someone pick up and hang up.

Look, I’m one to give several chances before I get discouraged. But this time was an absolute disaster. Who actually confuses ranch dressing with garlic parmasen sauce? I seriously got plain wings drizzled with ranch. This isn’t anywhere near the first time this location has comically dropped the ball. C’mon, this isn’t the way to keeping customers.
