Order placed online on 2/27/26 in late evening. I ordered stuff crust with garlic season on crust. It was plain with no taste. I ordered barbecue sauce instead of regular tomatoe sauce. They over loaded it. I ordered honey barbecue wings for my son. They use the barbecue sauce that they overloaded on the pizza for the wings and just drizzle it on plain chicken. My 7 year old didn’t even eat it. Today is 2/28/26 at 6:48 am. I had to make this review. It sadden me that you order some and doesn’t get it from the place. I paid over $35 for a medium pizza, what was suppose to be 8 wings was on 6 1/2 and the order was correct, even the drink wasnt correct. Whomever the manager is, I just want you to know that your workers are making you and the store look bad because you guys are the face of the company. I never write reviews without receipts.

I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken, and bread twists with a marinara cheese dip. First they forgot the pizza no big deal driver Cameron said he’d bring it. I go to open my bread twist and dip and they gave me pasta with sausage and cheese. I call the store and I’m not sure who I spoke to but she kept telling me thats what I ordered and that that’s how the dip comes. How does a dip come with pasta and sausage? I’ve ordered from here plenty of times and never had this issue. She kept telling me that was what I ordered and couldn’t understand the fact that I didn’t order it like that. I would not recommend coming here, because I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that was already done. Door was locked so I couldn’t go in to check on my order, and had to knock on the window for about 5 minutes just to have the workers finally remember that I was outside waiting on my order.

My husband and I supported a school and in return we got the buy any pizza at regular price get one free! We ordered 4 pizzas, wings and 2 cinnamon twists. All of the food was ready in about 20 minutes maybe less. Every staff person we spoke with was professional and friendly. This store deserves all the stars! We need more restaurant employees in Jackson to be more like the staff we encountered at this Dominoes!

On Friday 12/22/23 my family and I placed a pickup order at Robinson Rd. The experience was horrific a customer in front of us got and had to knock to get the attention of at least 5 employees playing. So we drove back around to the pick up window and a lady stated they were extremely busy and stated to us she was unsure when our food would be ready. I stated I ordered and payed online do you have an estimate she starred at us as if words left her thought process. I asked for a manager the manager came to the window and stated he didn’t see the order then stated well 30 minutes or more. I asked again how is that possible asked for the lady and his name and he stated their names are confidential. I stated cancel the order and I would like corporate number and GM. He accidentally stated his name was Zion and their GM Toykeisha was on Christmas pto and that’s who we will speak with. Knowing we definitely not eating at this store, I asked could I come in or have something to clarify order was canceled manager Zion is what he stated his name is; stated no at 6:50pm. He stated that location does not have a open lobby ever, The sign stated the lobby was open. The manager that came to the window was rude, unprofessional and definitely not a front look for a business. I asked my husband to just not engage with the child at the window because our kids were in the car and I aside not want my son having an impression that it was proper customer service for anyone to speak and act as the child at the window. Now granted me never shopping or promoting this location may be a small movement but it will be a movement. I have gone to many restaurants that have been understaffed and still remained professional and upheld their company’s name. The manager as he stated was not concerned with our order, thoughts nor money or time. This occurred Saturday December 22,2023 around 6pm.
