Ordered a med pizza with pepp, saus, onion, green pepper and jalpenos, what we Got was a pizza with chicken and mushrooms for $48.51 The offered to make it again, but by this time is was almost 8pm. Called 6 times and could not talk to anybody. This is ridiculous!!!! We have had 3 bad orders from this place and we thought, hey, they are under new mgmt lets give it another try.. NOPE NEVER AGAIN. WE could have gone to Kroger and got a supreme for $5.99. Three 3 strikes you are OUT!!! OH, they offered us a refund in 10 business days. but that does not help our dinner tonight.

On 12/23/23 I ordered from Domino’s around 12:25am on a Friday night. One medium pizza, hand tossed, pepperoni, “extra cheese”, and beef with 16 piece Parmesan bites and cheesy marinara dip. Noticed immediately that the pizza did not have any extra cheese, they seldomly spread marinara sauce over the entire pizza and didn’t put any cornmeal on the bread which was dry with a room temp. Parmesan bites look doughy, small, crusted as if they were leftovers, and to add insult to injury, I found a bug in my damn food!! This is absolutely unacceptable!!

I ordered a pizza, but my tracker never got past the word, ordered. I kept waiting until I finally called the store, it had been ready for 45 minutes or more. I was with friends so I went ahead and picked it up. Before I paid I asked the guy at the window if I was paying for an almost I hour old pizza, he said it would be fresh. I confirmed again, then when I got the pizza it was room temp and stuck together. I was so angry. When I got home there was absolutely NO sauce, I asked for extra because if you don’t, it will be bone dry. I don’t write reviews but this was ridiculous and pathetic!! I have managed another pizza place. Whoever manages this place needs to be put in check. I will NEVER go back.
