Idk why but the last couple times I’ve went here things was off. My Pizza wasnt fully cooked one time and this last time it wasnt made correctly. I told him and he said I ordered it wrong. Ok so I’ve been ordering pizza for years, but hell I might have made a mistake. It is hard ordering a cheese pizza. Nothing but cheese is a toughy one. Anyway I said let’s look at the app. I guess I got lucky cause it said a cheese pizza. Cheese only. He then said it was the system. I dont care if it was a ghost fix my damn cheese so I can go. He did and I talked to him for a lil bit and ended like him. Pizza was terrible but good kid.

We live nearby this location, so they’ve come to see my face a lot! Everyone I encounter is friendly and helpful, and the manager Tina even remembered me mentioning my birthday in passing and gave me some lava cakes the next time I came in! My husband is from New York, so believe me- we do pizzas from all over. My order is always quick and correct. Thank you!

We have ordered from the Domino’s on South Jefferson in Cookeville roughly 8-10 times over the past 6 months. We’ve done mostly carry-out, but also an occasional delivery from them. In those orders, we have tried pretty much every crust combo, different toppings, and even different sauces – and I have to say they have knocked it out of the park every single time! Every order has been: on time, cooked to perfection, nicely topped, tasted excellent, and backed up by efficient and friendly customer service. To top it off, you can’t beat their prices and they almost always have a great coupon deal going. I have not tried the other Domino’s in CKVL, but this store on South Jeff does a fantastic job! (pictured is the Brooklyn style crust with bacon, pepperoni and hot sauce)

Our food was delivered Friday and we were missing an order of cheese bread, I didn’t make a fuss about it because we have used this Domino’s for years and it has always been great service And accidents happen.
About 10 or 15 minutes after receiving our delivery I received a phone call from Domino’s saying that our delivery person just realized our Cheese bread didn’t get delivered. I said it was OK no big deal. The Woman on the phone was very apologetic, offered to redeliver the cheese bread along with a dessert and a complementary dip as an apology.
I was very impressed. This was top-notch customer service. They didn’t wait for me to call and complain. They handled it very professionally and honestly. To say I was impressed is an understatement. We just don’t see customer service like this anymore, and it was a breath of fresh air.

We live nearby and just ordered delivery. I ordered a pizza, cheese bread, chicken, and parmesan bread bites. Literally, everything in our order was phenomenal, it was easy to order online, they have great coupons, and a very friendly delivery person. Kevin is the man I order here at Jefferson all the time and they accidentally messed my order up one time it’s only happened. He tells me to come in and he’ll fix it and make it right next time so I order again expecting to pay for two pizzas and what we talked about he would give me cheesy bread for free. he takes care of everything, such a great guy I would recommend this dominoes over Any other Domino’s!
