Told me 14 to 20 minutes and I even called ahead ended up being closer to 40. The workers as I stand here and wacth while I wait ….no gloves no hair or beard nets. Grabbing uncooked meats and then grabbing finished pizzas..idk just doesn’t seem cool

This is the best pizza around. Not only do you get great food, but the customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly, talks with you and has a smile on their face. My pizza was a specialty order and was made to perfection. The building was clean and I genuinely enjoyed my time inside. Mike the Manager was very personable and funny. I will definitely be going back here.

Overall I appreciate this store. It serves these surrounding communities and Union City quite well. They are friendly and a nice enough bunch of young people. I’d rather let them fix mistakes and be treated like a human rather than eat somewhere I feel like they hate me. I’m glad you guys are there providing affordable dinners for so many people with no time to fix meals.

Couldn’t get order right on phone so went up there and order and left the pizza out, so waited 30 mins for chicken wings and twisted garlic bread and no pizza. The garlic twist bread had no garlic and didn’t get garlic sauce to go with it. But the other guy did make me a pizza in bout 10 mins and gave it to me free. Another complained cause nobody answer the phone so he had to drive up there and wait on his pizza as well.

I went to the Union City location. The manager (or acting manager) came off the pizza bench to deal with something at the register then went back to the bench WITHOUT washing his HANDS EITHER time!! That was the first disgusting thing. The second was the dinner I ordered. It was so dry and didn’t even have the right sauce on it. The first time, they put marinara sauce on my carbonara. This time it was Alfredo. I will NOT be ordering from there anymore. I gave the benefit of the doubt but this experience through me over the edge, especially NOT WASHING HANDS…NOBODY had any gloves on either!! Gloves are to be worn while making food at every restaurant…this was truly truly stomach turning!! Complaining at the store does no good either.
