Third time ordering and getting a char grilled pizza. It’s so over cooked it’s not edible. Also asked for feta cheese to be on the pizza. Literally two pieces that’s it and I I called and let them know and they really didn’t care. We won’t be ordering anymore. I have been getting pizza from here for a long time now and have had good experiences with domino’s pizza our family enjoys the pizza and the employees are always very helpful and nice to us, there is only one little complaint I have which is that they used to deliver to our house and then they stopped a couple years ago, that is a bummer! My advice stay clear of this location. I have used Dominos in many states but this in Greeneville is not worth your effort. We tried once and the 1st time they tried charge us higher prices than the website offer, then yesterday we had a child’s b day party where order pizza for carry out. I was told how much the order would be and when my husband went to pick it up they were clueless.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is perfect; just like you’d expect it to be, the next time, it’s terrible – missing toppings, not enough toppings (extra means more than 5 pieces of baby spinach). The delivery drivers are nice and the food usually arrives hot, but this is hit and miss, too. I don’t know but maybe some training would help.

They pizza is pretty good and very consistent. I haven’t really tried the other items yet. I typically order using the app or online which makes ordering easy. You can earn points easily too by just ordering and bonus points by taking pictures of your pizza and answering a few questions. The staff has always been friendly and nice. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was they dont deliver to my house like other companies do.
