I frequently used this place for pizza. Like at least or more. Usually, love the food, etc. Seems they have hired a driver of a bright blue car that wants to have issues. I was waiting to turn left at a green light (no left turn light). I paused briefly due to traffic as I do enjoy the idea of making it home to my baby…and the driver honks at me like I should just plow into traffic. Like I can only imagine how they drive Not to mention it is the light RIGHT BEFORE THE BUILDING. Very unprofessional to honk at people that might be potentially a customer pulling in. Not the best customer service move..

Domino’s is pretty good most of the time the flavor of their parmesan garlic stuffed crust is definitely the best. although at this location I hate that they got rid of the drive-thru. after a long day at the hospital taking care of my grandmother I just wanted to go through the drive-thru and pick up pizza that I already ordered and it was already paid for online but I had to come in and it was raining so aggravating. what was most aggravating is there was someone on the phone for a while which I know they couldn’t help it was another customer but no one else wanted to come up and help them so I had to wait the people making the pizzas or not using gloves and digging down in the cheese and meets making the pizzas which is very nasty and hazardous nowadays and time this can make people get sick. they should always be wearing gloves when handling food. I spend a lot of money at a lot of Domino’s locations this is unacceptable

The east ridge Tennessee location is amazing. I haven’t been to really any restaurant that is ran as good as Dominos. Every employee works hard and they all work together. Keep up the good work, thank all of you for doing such a good job everyday!

Did not hand us the pizza. Left at the door against delivery instructions. Didn’t ring door bell so we had no idea. Food was freezing cold. Also, If you charge $6 in delivery fee, we are not tipping. Especially for this kind of service. That fee continues to rise but quality of food and customer service doesn’t.

I’d say the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that marinara no longer comes with the stuffed cheesy bread and you have to purchase it. Overall the items I ordered were great and it was ready at the time I chose for pickup couldn’t ask for more.

Ordered pizza for my family asked for certain things like extra sauce and certain pizzas and all three of my pizzas were dry as hell and cut up all awkward like they were just in a rush and literally threw some cheese on dough and completely forgot the sauce all together.. there was hella sauce in my cheesy marinara dip so I guess I got my extra sauce technically just not on my dam pizza

If I could leave zero stars then I would. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this domino’s and will definitely be the last. Ordered 2 pizzas. One was correct. The other didn’t have my toppings on it and 1/4 of it was burnt. Totally inedible.. Called and the manager was totally unconcerned with the fact that my pizza was wrong and that I’m an unhappy customer… Where’s my bacon and pepperoni?

Great price!!! Caught the $9.99 any toppings special. The food was okay but that might have been my fault. It wasn’t as hot as I like it. However, the taste wasn’t as good as I had hoped either. I will still give it another try just to make sure. Maybe, it will be better tomorrow when I warm it up myself. I will go back at least once more.
