The service is excellent, with staff who are both kind and attentive. The food consistently meets high standards of freshness. I was curious about how they determine when to prepare additional chicken, and I found the answer to be effective communication. I observed the General Manager coordinating an order by informing the cook of the exact quantity and type of chicken pieces required to fill the order that she was preparing.The store is consistently clean, and it is a pleasure to see the creative decorations displayed during seasonal holidays. This establishment has become my preferred choice for chicken lunch options.

Id say go to other locations rather than this one.
Love the taste of their food but this location does not carry the bbq sink only buffalo. I ordered and received the wrong drink and while i ordered bbq sauce on the side of my sink (they said they are not aloud to mix it) they would not give me the container they normally serve it in, the best they could give me was a foil lining. Other locations seem to have it a bit more together.

We will not be going back! We got four of the tiniest tenders I’ve ever seen! 2 inches long. Waited 10 minutes and the food was cold. Fries were under cooked and the tenders weren’t crispy. This place use to be good years ago but no way will we try it again!

This is the second time I’ve had something gross in my food to go. I haven’t eaten here in months due to the fact I had a dead fly in my gizzards at the bottom of my to go order. I called and all I got was are you serious, and to bring in my receipt for a refund. Fast forward to today. I ordered a three piece meal and there was a hair at the bottom of the box underneath the french fries. I don’t understand why there is always something disgusting in my to go order. Why is it there is always something unsanitary within the box for orders to go?

Ordered food here for dinner. Got 2 piece & 4 piece chicken tender meal. And the Chicken Tender Sandwich Meal. Ordered a SODA and specifically asked for Dr Pepper in the notes. Because all it said was Soda no choice for what. For some reason we got a lemonade. Food presentation was sloppy. Items thrown in together that weren’t ordered together. The chicken tender sandwiches were thrown in with okra when she got the 2 piece tender meal. Thrown in. Safe to say people were unhappy

I used to love bush’s chicken but this stunk badly. This bush’s establishment gave us 20 chicken tenders that were barely even nuggets not to mention they were super crunchy with no chicken and tasted old. I don’t even have to say anything about the rolls just check the photo I’ve attached. Mac and cheese tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese after a few days and microwaved. Not impressed at all with this store.

We really enjoyed their chicken. To us it was not overly breaded and very moist. The gizzards were great, we did have to wait a longer, but it was worth it.
