Thank you, Aiden for making a situation right that went wrong. I ordered pizzas ( we order every Friday night )and they were given to another person with the same first name. The guy Who originally met me at the drive-through made it seem like it was my fault that the pizzas were given to someone else and said that it had been a while. It was 25 minutes from the time I ordered until I got there on a Friday night. Aiden had them remake my pizzas and we were on our way out within 10 minutes. I appreciate his kindness as this mom is just trying to get her kids dinner. As for the other guy. He left me in the drive-through with cars behind me as if I were to figure out the situation on my own.

Extremely disappointed tonight with Dominoes in Chapel Hill. Ordered on line. Said to puck up at 6:39. Ordered showed being made at 6:04. When we got there at 6:42 they hadn’t even started the pizza. Sat in the parking lot until 6:57. I ordered the specialty pepperoni and got a normal pepperoni. I had already been there so long, I just left. They didn’t offer any compensation on their poor management. They were also rude. Not sure I’ll be back.

I ordered delivery at dinner time on a Friday night (I knew they were slammed b/c I had drove past on my way home so I decided to order online to be delivered.) I expected at least an hr wait, but nope, I had my 3 pizzas, garlic bites, 2 pastas, and sandwich all in under 30 min. It was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing! I usually pickup so I’ve met so many friendly faces who obviously enjoy working there. The employees are amazing, the manager Johnny is beyond the best, most friendly manager I’ve ever met. While waiting for my pizza one time I watched and it’s obvious the employees love her. She seems so fun. When employees walk in she tells them “welcome to work!” I love that! What a great place, amazing hot fresh food every time (hard to find in chapel hill), and such friendly folks! Please don’t change a thing!

So I’m not going to share photos because the pizza looks fine. Problem was it didn’t taste great at all, we got two pizzas one was just a pepperoni and black olive and the olives were bad don’t know how to describe a bad olive but if you’ve had one you know. So that pizza didn’t even get eaten. The pizza dough was also so thin that it fell apart while trying to pick up a slice and the dough tasted old. Id definitely recommend making a trip to the twice daily in Arrington they just got pizzas in there and there much better and half the price.

Each year our church hosts a large retreat at Henry Horton State Park and we always use this Domino’s location. We always have a large order as we need to feed almost 150 folks. Their staff at this location make doing so a breeze. They always make sure that it’s ready on time, package it all up in a really helpful way, and even help us carry it all out to our vehicle. I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough, especially if you have a large catering order.

This is the 3rd time Ive ordered the same pizza and whoever is in charge of cutting it, they are HORRIBLY uneven. While I know that it seems something minuscule, when you order a large pizza ny style (only 6 pieces) and you have 1-2 pieces that makes up half the pizza, it’s hard to split the large pizza with more that 2 people.
This last time, the dough clearly was not rolled out evenly which resulted in half the pizza having holes in the bottom so you can’t even hold the pizza to eat it.

Food amazing, staff is great! Meets my expectations every time. Sure, there’s a wait sometimes during peak hrs… I mean, duh! We have we have like 5 places to eat in this small town and dominos is the best one with the freshest food. It’s a small store, in a small town with a recent major increase in growth so for those complaining… quit whining and be thankful.

I have never ordered from this location before but I’ll tell you they bust their butts in there. For a Friday evening they were of course slammed but every employee including the manager (i assume thats who it was) were all hustling to get orders place, delivered and the customers in the lobby in and out. Noone had a miserable look on their face or anything. Everyone was friendly even with how busy they were. Thank you!!!

I’ll say the food was what was expected but the workers knew absolutely nothing. I had to find the deals and specials etc online. One was training so that was understandable but the other 2 were not and didn’t even know how to train him bless his heart. This establishment needs better training and management.

Poorly run and poorly managed. There is no manager in the store during peak hours and the shift leader stays out on deliveries. We pay through the app, and then wait 1.5 to 2 hours AFTER arriving at the store. Who doesn’t have the store manager in the store during peak hours?
