Normally they are good, but today the order was wrong, they brought us half of parmesan bites order, the pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese but they brought complete cheese and everything was cold like they made the food yesterday. When called the store Jessica didn’t let my talk, then told me that they were going to fixed it, and 1 1/2 hour later we still waiting.

We placed a delivery order online, we received our pizza soggy and without the 4 extra sauces we asked for. So when I had free time I then called back up there to let them know that we didn’t receive our sauces and that the pizza was soggy. The manager on shift was very rude and told me that he sent the sauces with the delivery driver, I said well I’m sorry but he didn’t give them to me and the Manager then said I’ll bring you some sauces hung up on me and dropped off a couple sauces. He completely disregarded the fact the pizza was soggy or even apologized. Terrible customer service.

Domino’s has become one of my favorite pizza and chains and this one in particular in Robertsdale, AL are on their game. Their serve time is fast and they don’t skimp on the toppings when you order what you like. Their deals are way better than I ever remember and they serve up pizzas with a smile.

While ordering online, I made a mistake and 3 pizzas were delivered with cheese only. I thought we were getting half pepperoni/half pepper and sausage on all 3. I called the store while the driver was still here. The person that answered was very polite and understanding, he corrected the problem and immediately made 3 more pizzas the way I thought I had ordered them. After looking over the website afterwards, I realized it was my mistake. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and making sure the order was corrected. We will definitely be back. This was my first time ordering online or from that store.

The food was fine it’s pizza! How ever I give them this rating as I watched every employee in this building touch the food!!!!! WITHOUT GLOVES!!! Ingredients dough even the food coming out of the oven I was close to canceling my order however I had already paid! This is the 3rd time that I’ve ordered from robertadale domino’s I usually order from Foley and this is the reason why. This is suppose to be “stuffed cheesy bread” but instead it’s a burnt pancake with absolutely no cheese or anything. There’s a “qualaty” check to make sure they don’t deliver trash but obviously management or workers need to be trained properly or take a little more time to use both eyes. This is unacceptable and infuriating especially for the price tag. If I wanted cardboard I would go to Lil ceasers but at least I get what I pay for not This garbage.
