Very disappointed that this has happened AGAIN. Usually when you order something without onions, you don’t get onions but that doesn’t seem to be the case with Troy Domino’s. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this, the receipt says no onions but someone overlooked it & did what they wanted. The pizza looked good & was hot when I got it, not so hot or appetizing after we went through removing onions from underneath! .#ACCOUNTABILITY#NOTSATISFIED

Words cannot express my disappointment with this location. Yesterday, I called to place an order I couldn’t complete online. After a 10-minute wait, I was finally connected with an employee and placed my order: one large 2-topping pizza, wings, and a 1-liter Coke. I immediately noticed he failed to add the drink. I emphasized that the drink was important because the order was for my special-needs brother who lives in Troy. I live in Georgia and frequently use this service for him.
This is where the issues began ,Jamarius attempted to run my card again for the drink, but the system wasn’t working. I had already given my card information three separate times, and hearing it repeated aloud multiple times raised serious concerns about my privacy and security. Eventually, he involved the manager, Juana.
From the moment Juana got on the call, her tone was negative and dismissive. She did not introduce herself. She didn’t seem to understand the situation or care about my security concerns. Because the card had been run so many times, it began declining for suspected fraud. I then provided two additional cards, which she also repeated aloud instead of entering quietly and professionally.
Throughout the interaction, Juana refused to consider that the issue might be with their system. Instead, she repeatedly blamed my card information. When I asked if she could simply comp the drink due to all the technical issues, she ignored the request and instead asked if my special-needs brother could pay cash — which was not an option.
When offering my opinion or suggestion, I was told several time that , “I didn’t need to get an attitude,” I politely asked her to stop saying that. I was not being disrespectful — I was frustrated by the lack of empathy, accountability, and problem-solving. Rather than hearing me out or addressing my issues Juana hung up on me mid- conversation which was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I called back to purchase the drink after contacting my bank to remove the fraud hold. When I asked to speak with Juana again, she refused to come to the phone. Fortunately, Jamarius stepped in and calmly helped resolve the issue. He discovered the real problem: my card had been entered as a gift card the entirety time not a credit card — something the manager never noticed. In the end, the drink was still never added, which caused unnecessary stress for my brother, who relies on consistency and routine.
This entire experience has made me seriously reconsider doing business with this location in the future. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service — especially from management — was completely unacceptable.

Four pizzas ordered two looked like this. Other two were just decent. Hot wings were cold.They did offer to remake the pizzas. Quite honestly though, I don’t feel they wouldn’t tamper with the food if you catch my drift.

Customer service was good but I guess I should’ve checked before I left. Lacking toppings on the garlic parmesan pizza it was supposed to be Philly and Beef and I think it had like 5 pieces of beef on the whole thing! Pepperoni just looked wacked up and was a little uncooked in the center ( little doughy)

I politely asked that the pizza be remade and was explained how it was my fault for not knowing their “oven is a bit doughier” (???) and should have asked for it well-done. never in my life have I had to request a well-done pizza, lol. I even specifically said I wasn’t mad or anything, maybe she was having a bad night? but come on, I know what pan pizza looks like and it isn’t mushy dough! it was fine after it was remade, but I didn’t see the need to put my receipt ON the pizza…

I ordered online my thin crust pizza was burnt when we got it. Called and was on hold for 22 minutes then spoke to a lady she was rude and hung up on me. I waited an hour and then called back and was on hold another 15 minutes when a young lady answered the phone and was unprofessional in the greeting. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager the manager refused to take my call, so I explained to the young girl my issue. I do not think I will ever order from them again.
