We ordered $80 worth of Pizza and we live 0.4 miles from Domino’s. They texted at 5:47 pm to say our pizza was on its way. It FINALLY arrived at 6.37 pm, soggy, and SOMEWHAT warm….

I ordered the viral TikTok pizza with no bacon add banana peppers from this location last night and I paid for extra cheese, cheddar cheese, extra garlic Parmesan sauce on the pizza and extra Philly steak and I barely had sauce in the pizza and all my pizza wasn’t covered in cheese. This shouldn’t have been the case considering I paid extra for all these things. Wont get pizza from this location again but the person in the pickup window was nice.

Saw a comercial on tv it showed a large pizza with whatever toppings you wanted on your pizza but when you call to order to get the deal you have to order online. So I ended up ordering a 1 topping pizza that was of poor quality. This will be the last time I do business with domino’s as it is a waste of money!

Order $50 worth of pizza tonight. Had it delivered after a long day at work even tho we only live a few minutes away from the store. When we received our food the pizza was cold and not cut. So I called up there the employee that answered the phone asked me what the problem was I told her my pizza was cold and not cut correctly and I just spent $50 on the order. The employee that did not say her name on the phone said oh okay I’ll let you talk to a manager. I said okay great thanks. Waited 5 minutes until she came back to the phone and said sorry I was cutting pizzas and asked again and I told her what the issue was and I said are you a manager and she said no did you want to talk to a manager I said yes ma’am you was supposed to get me one and she said we are just so busy and you’re going to have to call back later tonight to speak with a manger and just hangs up on me. So I go up there and when I go in the employee I talked to on the phone said didn’t I just talk to you on the phone while the manger (Rachel) is standing there looking at us and I said yes you did and I would definitely like to talk to a manager and the cashier said I told you we was busy that you’re going to have to wait to talk to her I said excuse me I’m a paying customer who has a problem and would like it fixed and the manager (Rachel) was raising her voice at me and saying I’m busy I will get with you when I can. She didn’t even want to help me and her and the cashier was super rude towards me. Which the drive through was empty and the lobby was empty, there was a couple orders on the screen with 3 other employees working along with the cashier and the manager (Rachel). I get that some days are hectic and you have a bad day but when a customer comes in and you’re a manger please talk to the customer like a human and be courteous of their issue.
