Great food, great view from the deck overlooking the golf course, staff was pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend people stopping in for a bite to eat. Make sure when you come through the gate you tell the attendant you are going to the American Grill or the golf course. We will definitely be back.

Overlooking a beautiful golf course only adds to the fact that the food is 5 star. I would’ve given it a full 5 star review but they’re still adjusting to being in a new venture. Their main restaurant is in Brooklyn so it’s quite a transition. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The prices were outrageous and the chicken tenders were inedible. So sad the old concession is gone. My kids don’t care about gourmet food at the park. What happened to good ole fashioned basic concession stands with reasonable prices? I paid $20 for chicken tenders and the sauce were gross.

WOW! Have tried many restaurants and American Grill is one of the best. This hidden gem at Chenango Valley State Park out shines anything in the area. Worked with Hector the manager for a rehearsal dinner. The tasting menu was spectacular, the tastes were out of this world. To top it off they have a good selection of craft beer and there own homemade tequila. Cannot wait for the actual rehearsal dinner. Thank you Hector you and your staff are top notch.

It was wonderful. The inside is bright and clean. The people who worked there were very friendly and professional. The food was great. The restrooms were well maintained. It was a nice treat for us during our camping trip.

Waited 50 minutes for chicken tenders, sliders, fries and two boba drinks. I understand you have to wait a little bit for food but that’s a bit excessive. The chicken had no flavor and it was all greasy. $26 for two orders of chicken tenders that didn’t get eaten. $70 total bill. I’d suggest packing food to come here and use the concession stand for the ice cream and milkshakes.
