This is probably my most favorite Dominos location. Out order said complete like 25 minutes before we left to go get it when got it and drove 5 minutes back home and it was still hot and fresh. We have only ever gotten a mess up one time but they do so good I didn’t even mention it! We go here at least once once every 2 weeks.

I ordered after waiting 5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone….cool it’s Friday y’all are busy I get it. I finally order my order and I have a big family so we order I tell the person I’m paying cash the guy says okay give us 20 minutes, okay great no problem!!! I do a pick up because they said you can’t do cash delivery for over $35 cash which it’s pizza delivery let’s be real who’s order is gonna be $35, but it’s not the guys fault on the phone so okay we will pick up no problem. We wait the 20 minutes and then we go to get our pizza. Pull up at the window and I’m told “the manager canceled y’all’s order because it was cash” managers name is Keaton im told by the poor employee that he left to the wind. My issue is you let me wait 20 minutes no call and y’all took my number so I wait 20 minutes to be told I can’t get the food I ordered and waited for all because I’m paying cash. Which is crazy because you just lost my money when in reality if your a manager why can’t you just call and say hey your gonna have to come order instead of cowering out and letting someone wait 20 minutes for no reason. I’m a General Manager for family entertainment and would never let my managers do this to someone. I want to be contacted or I’ll be contacting and making calls Monday. This is just bad business for the customers and a set up for failure for the employees.

Ordered sandwhich first and last time ever . Chicken bacon ranch with no bacon because I don’t eat pork. Was delivered with barely any chicken on it so i received a toasted cheese sandwich. At $9 … just ridiculous! Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a Philly Steak sandwich and Cinnamon bites for delivery. Driver hands me the order and 2 Cream cheese icings. I open the box and they sent Parmesan bites instead of cinnamon bites. Called back and they said they would rush them right out. 40 minutes later, driver shows up with Parmesan bites AGAIN! I decide I’ll drive to the store and the kid in front gets confrontational. The cook says he will get me cinnamon bites made now. Brings them to my truck and says, he apologizes and I will have a credit in the system. Called today to order and they said I got my free ones that night! This new ownership group does not care. I saw a friend walking out and he had been waiting an hour on his pizza and Bally asked for a refund and left.

One of the worst experiences ever having a delivery… Ordered no contact delivery as always.. delivery driver kept knocking on my door, I was on the phone.. instead of leaving my food, NO CONTACT DELIVERY, the APP lets you know when it’s delivered.. DRIVER TOOK THE PIZZA WITH HIM, then messaged me, He brought it back and it was cold.. Told him to come pick it back up because he should have never took it to begin with.. driver did pick it back up.. tried calling the Decatur store, they won’t answer their phones… Called 4 times, then tried the customer service,.no human beings to talk to again… SO I PAID 20 DOLLARS FOR A 8 DOLLAR PIZZA, THAT I DIDN’T GET TO EAT!!!!!… 110% crappy customer service and communication… Hopefully your other locations have it together better than here… Will never recommend ordering from Domino’s and especially this store in Decatur Al… Out 20 dollars and didn’t get to eat..sad

I ordered at 9:52pm tonight (04/18/2024) . My order was a pizza , a 16-piece bread bites , and a 2-liter coca-cola. My order was delivered at 11:15pm. I called 3 different times. I spoke with a guy who said my order would be here in about 10 minutes . My stuff is luke warm . And the driver was very rude (Michael) . Needless to say you guys really should tighten up. Oh, I’m sorry 2 bread bites if you can count..

I ordered 2 pizzas online . 1 large and 1 medium . The medium looked like the toppings were running from the pizza bread. I go back and guy says it is because the dough is frozen. Okay so I guess I was supposed to accept that. Guy asked if I wanted a credit or a remake. Sarcasm is not a quality one should use in fast food.
