This is the 3rd time this has happened. I usually let things go the first couple of times. Ordered for delivery and told them where and how to get where they needed to go. I live downstairs and have my own entrance. They went upstairs to deliver my order. My daughter called upset. I called the restaurant and of course the manager needs more training. I was upset and he kept saying not to be disrespectful. There is a difference between being upset and being disrespectful. I will not be using this restaurant again. Having had 3 strokes I don’t get out much. The restaurant knows this. Delivery is horrible.

App shows food was ready. Girl says just put order in. So go to a neighborhood store and come back. I sit at the window forever with no assistance so I pull up and park and proceed to ho inside everyone just hang out. I asked for my order. They find it a slide across the counter and never say anything. Customer service has gone out the window!!!!

The service is always spot on. I got a new delivery person today and what a surprise, he was actually the franchise owner and he did a wonderful job, It was the smile for me 🙂 My pizza was delivered very quickly and I have to say it was the BEST PIZZA that I have ever got from a Dominos. Obviously a bunch of kids work here, they do their best. My order is wrong petty often though I always order extra sauce on my pizza, and you have to pay extra (like .75) for it at Domino’s, so its very frustrating that it’s never been right. I gave up and stopped ordering that way a while back. I live close, and there are only 3 pizza places in town, so of course I’ll continue ordering from here. Just gotta make it simple for ’em

I made a large order and expected better food. One pizza was so dry it tasted like stale crackers. Two of my pizzas barely had sauce on them, and one pizza had NONE! The garlic parmesan wings were fine as plain wings because sauce was just barely drizzled on them. When I tried to speak to the shift manager about the issue, she was rude and treated me as though I was making it all up to receive free food. I did not ask for a refund. I just asked that it be made right. I drove 20 miles to order and pick up food from this location and I will not be going back. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Domino’s.
