So on football Saturdays we order online and go pick it up. It’s usually always what we order.
We have to always go with light tomato sauce and the problem with yesterday was all they had to do was read the order instead of dousing it with that gunk. Everybody in there was pretty laid-back and laughing and joking and I’m all for having a good job that you like, but please pay attention.

Great location for the national chain. Order was ready on time for pickup and hot when I did so. Staff was friendly, too. Ordered pepperoni & onion and pineapple with barbecue sauce (both thin crust, which is a hidden gem of the chain, by the way). They were great, and you can’t beat that $7.99 deal!

I’m 18 years old, and I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my life. Gas station pizza, school pizza, frozen pizza, you name it. But THIS pizza? I took one bite and immediately started questioning every life choice I’ve ever made. I don’t even know what kind of cheese magic they used, but I swear I heard angels singing in the background. I had just the regular pepperoni with the Italian name that I forgot. The crust? Fluffier than my pillow. The sauce? Probably handcrafted by Italian grandmas in a hidden mountain village. I would trade my car for another slice. If this pizza had a mixtape, I’d stream it on repeat. 10/10, not just pizza, it’s a life experience.

On May 7th, 2022 I made an order of 20 pizzas to be delivered to my residence for an event. Right away, I experienced rude customer service and a bit of hostility due to the quantity of pizzas being ordered. The manager working that night even flipped me off when I went back into the store to report the disgusting quality of food that was delivered to me which was a pizza with a whole footprint on it, several uncut and burned pizzas. To top it off, the manager also racially profiled me and said, “you’re just a typical Mexican buying our medium two toppings pizza”. I have no words for these employees and as to what went through their minds with my experience here. If anyone has a corporate number that actually answers, let me know.

My first order from this store was not good. My food was cold. The driver presented it to me with the box almost open and not in a warmer. The next day I called the store and requested a refund. I’ve not received it yet so I asked about the refund and the person I spoke with couldn’t tell me anything as he couldn’t access any orders from the day before. I had a free pizza coupon on my app but couldn’t use it so I called the 800 number and that was no help at all. I decided to give them another chance so I’m paying for another pizza tonight to see what happens. I believe in giving second chances, however, I still need my other issues resolved. Would I recommend . More to be revealed. We’ll see if they reach out on this platform to resolve and provide some customer service.

Had my pizza made by Ella. The pizza was overcooked so I called and asked to have another one and she overcooked the second one as well. Pizza crust is extremely crunch cheese is over cooked and sauce is completely dried out. Very disappointing because I have had much better from this location in the past.
