Ordering from this location is a joke. Their online order system gives one expected time of delivery and then adds 10 minutes more every few minutes. We got our delivery (cold & soggy) 45 minutes after the driver left the store and 1 hour 15 minutes after we placed our order. When I called the store, they kept saying “it’s 5 minutes away” and said the driver had another order to deliver. But it shouldn’t take so long that your food is cold. Just make your tracker honest so people can make an educated choice to purchase or not.

Ordered pizza one night waiting forever never heard anyone knock on my door so I called the store no one answered I ordered and paid online I called the Vestavia store next day they told me I could not get a refund because the delivery driver tried calling I never had a missed call or voicemail. I call corporate but they are privately owned. Corporate told me they would reach out to the owner and it’s been over a week and I have not heard anything. Not to mention I spend a lot of money with dominos I have 3 teens and every Friday is our pizza day! Thanks Vestavia Dominos for ruining our Friday

Idk what the heck is happening at this location but they know how to make a freaking pizza! The last 3 times ive ordered from here has been incredible! Sauce, cheese, topping ratio is on point. Idk if other fast pizza places can keep up.
Now I do love some fancy wood fire pizza, don’t get me wrong, but when I want a quick, affordable pizza delivered to me under 30 min…How can you ask for better? Plus the delivery drivers are always so nice. 10/10 everytime. Keep it up yall! I see you!

5/5!! We pulled up into the parking spot and there was a Domino’s pizza delivery man who parked at the same time. He took the initiative and came up to our car to ask for our order # so we didn’t have to walk inside. Really appreciated this gesture!! Will be ordering from this location from now on – Thanks!

Ordered 2 pizzas from here- 1 regular 1 pan. The pan pizza was ordered “well done” but when we got home we realized the entire center of the pizza was under cooked and inedible. We also asked for some parmesan and crushed red pepper at pick up and we’re told they were $1 a piece…. For crushed red pepper flakes?! Bummer- place used to make a good pizza. Won’t be back to this location!

usually pick up but decided to have pizza delivered. according to their”pizza tracker” the pizza was finished cooking around 15 minutes after placing the order. more than an hour after that my food still had not been delivered. after calling the store i was told that it was still at the store and i could come pick it up or it would be the next one out. 1.5 hours just to end up canceling an order.

So i had an online order from this location which i had done before with no real issues other than food is normally cold. But this time i had to call about my order spoke to someone not any where near the store. I called because it showed my delivery was done. Who ever answered had no answers and searched for no answer and would not transfer me to the store. Then the driver appeared much later than quoted and the driver said to me “sorry they forgot about you”. Caution before ever using this place. I wont be.
